We had an great time at Habitas! Can highly recommend coming here while visiting Bacalar. The staff, food, accomodation, atmosphere and lagoon was amazing. We also recomend doing the sunrise SUP tour when visiting ☀️

The food was fabulous, and the staff was so friendly, helpful, and attentive.
I was disappointed that the guests weren't friendlier. I thought at a small resort we might meet some new people, but in the five days we were there, I was the only person who I experienced initiating conversation with others. I don't need a place to be super social, but it would be nice if something was set up that invited people to talk with one another. I would also have liked if there was more to do in the area, but I do appreciate that this is a place that people come to relax, not run around.
Melhor experiência da nossa viagem a dois no México. Tivemos uma estadia incrível que superou todas as expectativas. Este é o lugar ideal para descansar, relaxar e conectar com a natureza, especialmente com a beleza única da lagoa.
O quarto era excelente, muito confortável e bem integrado no ambiente. Acordar todos os dias de frente para a lagoa e poder assistir ao nascer do sol foi um verdadeiro privilégio.
Experimentámos as massagens (com custo adicional), que foram maravilhosas e altamente recomendáveis.
O restaurante do hotel Siete merece também destaque, com uma abordagem diferenciadora e criativa, com pratos que reinterpretam a gastronomia local de forma contemporânea e sofisticada.
As aulas de yoga e a experiência de gong bath, incluídas na estadia, foram igualmente muito inspiradoras
O acesso ao Wi-Fi é limitado e a rede móvel também é fraca, o que pode ser um inconveniente para quem precisa de estar ligado.
Como sugestão, os tapetes utilizados nas aulas poderiam ser de melhor qualidade e estar melhor cuidados.
Relativamente ao quarto, apenas acrescento que a porta de correr da zona da casa de banho (retrete) não permanecia fechada, deslizava facilmente, o que comprometia a privacidade e o isolamento do espaço.
Staying at Habitas Bacalar for the 3rd time (3 nights twice and 8 nights the 3rd time) felt like discovering a hidden sanctuary. The lagoon’s unreal shades of blue, the peaceful remoteness, and the beautifully designed A-frame tents make it easy to fully disconnect and slow down. The beds are incredibly comfortable as are the sheets and pillows.
From sunrise paddleboarding to nourishing, locally sourced delicious meals and deeply calming wellness experiences, everything feels intentional, grounding, and truly special. The staff is incredibly warm, attentive, and genuinely caring.
I will definitely go back to this magical place.

Coach de Yoga un peu méprisant, une mauvaise expérience avec un serveur du bar de plage sur une commande, nous voulions commander des frites et à la place nous avons eu un plat au porc et n’a pas voulu nous annuler la commande, aucun geste commercial
