Muy bien las instalaciones, muy lindas, lo único es que no hay nada para comer ahí en la noche ni en los alrededores, es lo único que no arruinó un poco el rato

TERRIBLE

I reserved this hotel to attend a sports event 20 miles from there. When I finally got another property reservation at the location of the sports event, I tried to cancel, but since I contacted them 3 hours after the 48 hours reservation cancellation policy, they denied to make an exception. This place is TOO RUSTIC, TOO FAR AWAY from everything, not even a store at sight. It took me 1:15 hours to drive 20 miles from this place to my sports event (in a big city in the civilization).

Also, checking-in took me 30 minutes, at 8:30 PM, because there was no receptionist, that was supposed to be there until 10:00 PM, and the cleaning staff, who had a great attitude, needed to call the property owners to get permission to give me access to the pre-paid cabins I have reserved. No food or beverages at all in the place. When I finally got to the room, extremelly small (3x3), there were no towels, no soap, no toilet paper... I have no idea how long the sheets have been there without changing.

At night, extremely noisy. Incredible for such an isolated place, but at midnight there were people singing and motorcycles racing right behind my wall.

Overall, a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

I RECOMMEND NO TO STAY IN THIS PLACE.

Pros:

Hubo un problema con la reservación y al final ya no me asignaron la cabaña que había reservado, pero lo solucionaron dándome 2 habitaciones, por cierto muy bonitas, el lugar vale la pena!
