Henkilökunta varmasti yritti parhaansa mutta kielitaito oli aika heikkoa. Uimaaltaan suihku ja wc tilat olivat täynnä kuolleita torakoita. Samoin huoneen suihkutilassa oli niitä.
The hotel is located in a good area, close to stores, restaurants and the beach. Breakfast is ok and has enough options.
The rooms are very dirty. The air con was never cleaned, smelled horrible. Full of dust and never cleaned in the TV area, furniture dirty, walls dirty, found larvae on our sheets. Kid ended up getting sick. They tried to detain us so we pay for their "Egyptian cotton sheets" which we professionally cleaned, although our kid got sick from the state of the room (please check photos). They cancelled our UBER driver by telling him something in Vietnamese when he arrived, they were literally keeping us physically in the hotel, knowing we didn't have time to argue or call police since we had a flight to catch. This hotel is a horrible scam. Please check other reviews on Google, people are saying exactly what I am saying here. We paid close to 80 euros a night for this horrible experience and they refused a refund. Please check out the photos, I have never in my life seen such a property rated at 3 stars and having the audacity of asking such a high price to book.

Отель 3 звезды и всё этому соответствует. В принципе нормально для центра. Завтрак приемлемый (яйца, суп, рис, сосиски, бекон, овощей разных, фрукты были арбуз, манго, ананас, бананы, дыня, папайя, драгон. К чаю были капкейки и всё).
Не очень хорошо убираются в номере.

The pool was disgraceful, dirty, covered with green slime. Staff was not helpful, the bathroom was dirty and it was noisy at night.

My room was nice and clean. Good space, fresh and clean towels and OK bathroom. Location was perfect, close to the beach and close to the street with lots of restaurant local ish ;) and tourist as well...
Maybe a minibar could have better options if they check the stock of water they could add other stuff.
