Comfortable and convenient stay, but the bathroom cleanliness needs improvement.
Pros:

The bed was super comfy, and the room was quite spacious, which made the stay really comfortable. Breakfast was okay, not amazing, but decent enough to start the day. What I really liked was the location. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafes nearby, so it’s very convenient. The VinBus stop is also within walking distance, which made it super easy to get to places like Grand World, VinWonders, and VinSafari. Overall, it’s a nice and convenient place to stay, especially if you plan to explore around the area

Cons:

One thing that could definitely be improved is the bathroom cleanliness. The toilet had an unpleasant smell, which was a bit off-putting. Hopefully, the hotel can pay more attention to this as it would really make the overall experience much better.

В целом за такую цену нормально. Но если приеду в Фукуок еще раз, то выберу другую гостиницу.
Pros:

Завтрак вполне разнообразный. Фрукты и блюда по-немногу менялись в течение нашего пребывания что порадовало. Расположение очень хорошее. Кинг-конг март в 5 минутах. Пляж в районе гостиницы не такой красивый. Бассейн чистый и безопасный.

Cons:

Учитывая мою бронь на троих взрослых персонал не был готов к нашему приезду, номер не готов хотя выбирала специально ранний заезд пришлось ждать час в жару пока нам подготовят номер. Полулюкс ничем особо не отличается от стандартного номера. Ванные принадлежности, тапочки, стаканы, кофе/чай/сахар. Ничего из этого не было готово для троих взрослых. Пришлось запрашивать дополнительно у ресепшна. Пикап от гостиницы вдвое дороже через на том же Grab. Персонал на ресепшене и кухне не понимают английский и даже с переводчиком мы так и не смогли заказать яичницу на троих. Приходилось по одному подходить и напоминать о заказе чтобы наконец покушать. А иногда и ждать по 10 мин каждый заказ. После уборки номера единственное различие в том что убрали кровать, а в целом номере как был бардак так и оставался. В ванной какие-то мошки, по вечерам по гостинице полно разных ящериц и цикад.

Pros:

Très bel hôtel situé à quelques pas de la plage, idéal pour profiter de la mer tout en restant dans un cadre calme.

Le personnel est particulièrement accueillant et toujours prêt à aider, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. On se sent tout de suite bien pris en charge.

La chambre était spacieuse, propre et confortable, parfaite pour se détendre après une journée au soleil.

Gros coup de cœur pour la piscine sur le rooftop, qui offre une magnifique vue sur la mer — un vrai plus pour se relaxer en fin de journée.

Je recommande vivement cet hôtel pour un séjour réussi !

The room and rooftop pool were clean, but honestly that was the only clean part of this hotel. The rest of the property felt poorly maintained and not up to the standard expected.

My stay was fifty-fifty. It wasn’t terrible, but it wasn’t great either. I wouldn’t go back. This feels much more like a 2-3 star hotel rather than a 4-star.

That said, the location is nice and convenient, which is probably the biggest positive.

We were really looking forward to our stay here after reading so many good experiences, which makes this situation even more disappointing.

Unfortunately, our room was extremely dirty and far below acceptable hygiene standards. We found hair in multiple places, including in the bed, under the bed, and in the shower. There was also dirt and debris under the bed, and the bed linen had visible stains, which we found very unpleasant.

In addition, there was clear mold around the toilet, sink, and in the shower area. As soon as you entered the bathroom, you immediately smelled the stank of mold. The laminate flooring was also damaged and in poor condition. And the filter was very filthy and looks like it has not been cleaned in a long time, which is of course very bad for your health.

Because of these issues, we did not feel comfortable staying here. We only stayed one night, but still had to pay for additional nights that we did not use. We raised this issue at the reception, but no refund was offered.

We find this very disappointing and would like to understand why we are being charged for two unused nights, especially given the poor and unhygienic condition of the room.

We strongly advise future guests not to rely solely on the positive reviews.

Pros:

Nagyon böséges volt a reggeli. Közel a tengerhez. A szobánk a legfelső emeleten volt, tengerre néző, nagyon szép kilátás.

Cons:

Egykicsit hangos volt a szomszéd klimaberendezés. Éjjel, amikor csend van, akkor nagyon lehetett hallani.
Ha valaki nezesen mozog, akkor fárasztó lehet a központi utcához felmenni, mivel kcsit emelkedik a fő uthoz vezető út.

Lovely view from our room & pool; bed was comfy; breakfast was ok and good location. About 5min walk to beach, a bit hard to find but locals are helpful and look out for signs.

Cons:

My partner loves a hot shower and water was only lukewarm warm and room was a little dated.
