Limpeza das piscinas e dos quartos, principalmente dos banheiros.

Nao gosto das insistência dos vendedores de cotas de resort.
1.nao fomos informados que o parque infantil do Exclusive estava em manutenção, causando desconforto em estar se deslocando para outro totalmente diferente
2. Alimentação aumentou o custo, antes o buffet era muito melhor, onde tivemos que almoçar em outro local.
Ótimo café da manhã, bem limpo e equipe maravilhosa.
O restaurante para o jantar bem fraco e caro.
Acomodação super confortável, tem uma boa localização. Ambiente familiar, os funcionários bem cordiais, ótimas programações do resort para toda a família.
O inconveniente são os homens de branco que não param de nos abordar e insistir para comprar cotas. E um pouco desconfortável ter que ficar fugindo deles, acredito quem tem o interesse em adquirir cota poderia procurar a empresa ou ter um local específico no próprio resort, sem perturbações.

O hotel não fornece cobertas… é apenas um cobre leito de piquet… as crianças ficam na piscina e na praia ao longo do dia, a noite precisamos ligar o ar condicionado e não há cobertas! Ou você precisa trazer a sua, ou trazer roupa de frio pra um lugar que vc jamais imaginaria usar. A solução é dormir passando calor sem ar condicionado pois quando ligamos, fica frio e sem cobertas.
Fora que estávamos em 3 adultos e por 2 dias o hotel não liberava 2 chaves! Sempre com a desculpa de que era somente uma chave por apartamento e no nosso grupo outros quartos estavam com mais chaves. Até que um funcionário soltou que eles não tem 2 chaves por apartamento, então eles tem que racionar entre os hóspedes.

Atendimento muito bom, equipe sempre disposta a colaborar, e dessa ultima hospedagem gostei muito que a equipe de vendas vinha com uma abordagem muito mais sutil e educada.
O clima nao ajudaou muito, entao um dos dias o clube ficou muito lotado, ai qualquer lugar muito lotado fica mais desconfortavel, pedidos demorados e afins, mas compreensivo. Ahh acho que pelo valor cobrado o cafe pode ser mais elaborado, mais opçoes e aquele serviço de fazer tapioca, pães e pedidos especificos.
