Pros:

Quarto com moveis novos, cama excelente. Unico ponto negativo são os banheiros germinados, ou seja, qualquer barulho no banheiro ao lado se ouve. De 0 a 10, meu 8,5. Faria apenas um isolamento acústico nos quartos.
