We were overall very satisfied with our stay. The service was excellent, the staff at reception were extremely kind and helpful, and we really appreciated the availability of all the basic essentials.

The only downside was that the room was ნამდვილად very small. For us, this was not a major issue because room size was not a priority, but it was difficult even to open our suitcases, and there was no space to put clothes or personal belongings. We are not even talking about a full wardrobe, just a small area for a few personal items would have made a big difference.

The location is perfect, which definitely adds a lot to the experience. The bed, like many beds in Japan, was also a bit too small for our taste. However, the atmosphere and energy of Tokyo make everything feel special, and overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Muy bien para estadia corta

En Japon la comunicacion no es facil porque en muchos lugares no se habla otro idioma mas que el japones, incluso en los hoteles. En este hotel el personal hablaba ingles fluidamente y te ayudaba en todo lo que solicitaras, incluso respecto de explicaciones sobre transporte, recomendaciones, etc. El hotel esta muy bien ubicado y cerca de la estacion de subte de Asakusa que comunica con cualquier lugar al que desees ir. Las habitaciones, estan bien, no son grandes, pero tampoco diminutas como en muchos hoteles de Japon

La ubicación es inmejorable, a menos de 5 minutos del Sensō-ji.

Cons:

La habitación era excepcionalmente pequeña, desconozco si tenían mejores… reconozco no haberme fijado pero tras dos vises a Tokio creo que es la norma.

Le personnel est très aimable.
De plus le calme règne dans tout l’hôtel ce qui rend le sommeil encore plus confortable.
