Location is the best. Near station and viral food stops.
Bed and pillows. Not soft and there's a smell. It is clean and tolerable still.
So many things! The location - just 10’ max walking distance from the Senso-ji -, the staff, the room, the bathroom with separated estancies…
When we arrived the staff was very helpful. The check-in process was very easy and quick, so we went rapidly to our room. We had a semitraditional room, with very comfortable beds, a table, 2 chairs (very comfy!)… The bathroom had shampoo, conditioner and body gel for the shower, and hands and face cleaner as well.
For the last days of our stay the weather took a turn for the worse - because a Typhon entering Japan - and they offered umbrellas. The night before our departure we went down the lobby to ask for a scale so we could measure our lugagge and they gladly lent it to us! I even asked for an adapter - cuz i lost mine - and they just write down your room number and they give it to you as well.
They also have amenities at your disposal at everytime - toothbrush, cleaning towels, racers…
We’ll definitely repeat this hotel if we come back to Tokyo.
The only thing we can discuss is the cleaning service and the pillows. For the cleaning issue: although it was not dirty, we think the staff does not have enough space to navigate through the room so they leave some spots with dust - nothing more.
For the pillows: they are kinda hard so if you use something different at home u’ll be a bit uncomfortable.
Location is pretty good
Although when checking in, the two Chinese staff at front desks were really nice and helpful, their Japanese staff were cold, rude and arrogant, acting like they are way above their customers.

稍稍離地鐵站有點距離，走路約8-10分鐘，但附近有公車站，走路到淺草寺商圈還算近，慢慢晃還不錯
The staff were so nice, and the rooms were clean, and the apartment was super modern and therefore earthquake-resistant. The bathroom was also well equipped and had a tub and everything.
The rooms are small, but that’s standard for Japan and they were very nice.
L' hotel è posizionato in una via tranquilla proprio dietro al Sensō-ji nel cuore di Asakusa. A pochi minuti a piedi dalla fermata della metro G (ginza line), che collega direttamente con Shibuya, e dalla stazione JR. Perfetto per chi vuole tranquillità e tradizione ma allo stesso tempo vivacità. La struttura era perfettamente pulita e fornita dei confort essenziali. Lo staff parla perfettamente inglese ed è cordiale e professionale. Torneremo sicuramente!

La limpieza, insistan un poco a hacerla cada dos , tres días. La lavadora no lavaba la ropa bien, yo sentía que quedaba sucia.
