Grand Gosia Hotel

I recently stayed at the Hotel with my family for our trip to Nha Trang. At first, I chose the hotel because of the location. The location is perfect - just a short walk to the beach and close to many good restaurants and shops.
The room is spacious, clean, and offers beautiful views of the ocean. The staff are very super friendly. They can speak English well.
The breakfast buffet is diverse and delicious, featuring fresh, high-quality ingredients. There are Western-style foods and Vietnamese foods. They also serve fresh fruits and homemade yogurt, which are very yummy. Coffee is good too.
Our kids love the hotel. They enjoyed the swimming pool there.

Nice would recommend

This hotel should be avoided at all costs. There is truly nothing that went well during our stay.

The reception staff are unfriendly and do not speak English, which makes basic communication very frustrating. Laundry is charged per item, which is unreasonable and outdated.

The hotel guests are extremely loud — it’s impossible to sleep. Music blasts from the beach until late at night, and just when you’re finally about to rest, housekeeping wakes you up at 8 a.m., ringing the doorbell and insisting on entering, even though the “Do Not Disturb” sign is clearly on the door.
We barely slept, and they still wanted to clean the room at 8 a.m.!

The windows are terrible — you can hear everything, and I mean everything. The sound isolation is non-existent. It honestly felt like sleeping outside.

The cleanliness is a joke. The windows are filthy and clearly haven’t been cleaned in ages. We found hair from previous guests, and the mold in the bathroom is absolutely disgusting — just look inside the curtain rail in the shower. The curtains by the balcony are covered in stains.

And as if that wasn’t enough, the hotel corridors are so noisy it feels like being in a zoo — people shouting at all hours, no control, no respect for silence.

I truly don’t understand how a hotel can be this dirty and chaotic. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.

It was a good experience to stay here for 02 nights. Upon arrival, the staff was friendly and the hotel was tidy, giving you a feeling at ease. Our upgraded room faces the sea view, well-prepared and clean during our stay. Breakfast has choices and the food was tasty. It was easy for us to catch a taxi or to do a walk around the surroundings. We should have done more things if we had time. Overall, it was a nice trip and we will come back.

Hotellet ligger lite utanför centrum men det tog bara 20 min ner dit. Går även bussar utanför.
Stranden var bra, kändes lite ödslig.
Rummet bra. Städning var bra.
Frukosten var helt ok.
Enda negativa är väl att man kände sig väldigt osynlig i receptionen när man kom/gick om man själv inte gick fram och pratade el hälsade.
Gymmet var bra utrustat men kändes lite ofräscht.

海を見渡せる景色は素晴らしい。スタッフの対応も良好。ただし　浜辺のナイトマーケットから発せられる音楽が22時以降も鳴り響いている。

The staff was friendly and the room was clean, quiet and comfortable.

Gutes Frühstück mit vielen verschiedenen Früchten. Das Hotel ist etwas weit vom Zentrum entfernt. Personal ist generell nicht sehr hilfreich und freundlich. Schönes Zimmer und top Aussicht.

The hotel is in front of beach, good view. My room has a balcony. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Just 2 minutes across the street access the park and beach. Breakfast is delicious and have many choices. It's near Vinpearl Nha Trang.

They require extra payment per nights for extra bed. Door men are always nice and welcoming.
Breakfast is quite ok with lots of fruit variations, different noodle soup everyday.
Room: Smells old and humid, ventilation was giving foul odor as if some old, wet towel is constantly hanging there.
Aircon wasn’t working properly as it doesn’t matter what temperature you put on, it always returns to «20 degrees celsius».

Towels and bathrobes were old and dirty, could need some new towels.

Toilet flushing is weak.

Breakfast is quite ok with lots of fruit variations, different noodle soup everyday.

Nice hotel with ocean front view. My room is spacious and comfortable. It's quite near Vinpearl and along Nha Trang Beach. It's not noisy. Breakfast is good. Staff is friendly and helped me buy a ticket for Hon Cham Tour and Vinpearl. Thank you guys.

Deluxe Zimmer mit Balkon und grandiose Ausblick auf das Meer und die Stadt.
Grosser Balkon mit Sitzmöbel . Zimmer sind so ausgestattet wie abgebildet incl. Wasserkocher, Mineralwasser, Kaffee, Tee. Steckdosenadapter ist nicht notwendig. Frühstücksbüffet top incl. Eierzubereitung nach Wahl. Der Strand ist über die Strasse und durch eine Parkanlage, incl. Fitnessgeräte, erreichbar. Dort erhält man als Gast vom Hotel kostenlos 2 Liegen mit Auflage und grossen Sonnenschirm . Wichtig dabei ist, dass man ein Zettel von der Rezeption erhält mit Dauer des Aufenthaltes , Anzahl der Personen und Zimmernummer. Diesen gibt man dann am Strand den privaten Vermieter ab.
Für die Herzlichkeit, die Freundlichkeit und die Hilfsbereitschaft das gesamten Personals des Hotels besonders bei Huynh Duc Tran einen herzliches Dankeschön. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Phòng sạch sẽ,nhân viên lễ tân rất thân thiện dù mình nhận phòng trễ. Sáng ăn sáng buffet thì món ít,nhân viên khồng hề thân thiện dù mình đã hỏi vài lần. Ngoài nhà hàng thì khách sạn rất tốt

We came with my family for 2 days, the floor was dirty, long black hairs were on the floor everywhere, the toilet seat was stained, the hose from the false alarm was broken, there was no soap.
We asked to change it on the day of arrival, on the second day.

In the end, nothing was removed or done.

They changed the room with 4 requirements only the next day.

Also loud music from 7am till 8..9 pm from the street...impossible to relax, no isolation in the room

This fairly new Hotel is definitely not a 4 Star Hotel.
The rooms are very clean but basic.
First impressions the Lobby looks dated.
The rooms are nice enough but old fashioned decor.
The shower was only luke warm.
Breakfast was awful and very stressful, Many Asian families scrambling for food, no etiquette just pushing and shoving especially when everyone is trying to get in the lift afterwards.
Breakfast served 6am until 9am this is way too early, most hotels serve until 10.30.
No Western food at all. If you are a Westerner there are better hotels with decent food.
Do not exchange money here extremely low rate.
Swimming pool full of families and kids not relaxing at all, it's like a free for all.
On the positive side you get free beach access and a sunbed. It's quiet.
This hotel is out of the main area you need a taxi to go anywhere.
Sorry to say I won't be returning.
Staff are OK.
