SAM Quang Binh Hotel

We have just came to the hotel the weather is great. There is a very nice staff here. They helped us with our luggage when we came early to do the early check in.

Great service. Arrived early and allowed early check in which is a great help. Clean, modern hotel lobby. Great gym and swimming pool.

We thought the SAM Quang BIn Hotel was lovely. Our room on the 12th floor was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The hotel also had a pool and spa which we were looking forward to using during our stay. The front of house manager Mai was extremely professional and helpful; she arranged an early checkin without charge for us which felt good after our journey. Once we had checked into the room it became clear that very loud building and drilling work was taking place during our stay which could be heard everywhere in the hotel, so Mai quickly arranged a refund as sadly we would not be able to rest and relax in the hotel as planned. She was knowledgeable and extremely helpful and was able to expedite the refund process even before we left the hotel. We were really impressed by her service skills and her genuine concern for our wellbeing.

SAM Quang Bin is definitely one of the hotels we would recommend staying in if you are taking a stopover in Dong Hoi.

Receptionists were very warm and they allowed us for early check in without any charges.

Hotel room was very good and clean. The view of the room was amazing. We got the room on 7th floor. The amenities and complementary items provided were very good.

Overall a pleasant stay.

This hotel is amazing. Quiet area, the staffs are super nice and supportive. The rooms are clean and provide a good view of the city. I would recommend this hotel for anyone who come to Dong Hoi and want to spend the night. They even have a swimming pool.

Dong Hoi is a great hotel and this hotel is really good if you want to go to Phong Nga Ke Bang.

Excellent stay for couples. We spend 3 nights in this beautiful hotel. It is closely situated near the train station. Very friendly and helpful staff that are willing to help you with anything you need. The room is really well equipped and has great view over the city.

Lovely hotel, clean and comfortable. Nice small pool and small gym but enough for a short stay. Great value. A bit out of the tourist area but taxis are very cheap and easy to get. Very helpful staff as well. Highly recommend to stay. Breakfast decent for the price.

Clean, modern hotel with rooms equivalent to a good western business hotel. Large, nicely appointed rooms, with strong air conditioning, well designed cabinets, and a spacious bathroom.

A good Vietnamese style breakfast was included in their nicely decorated dining area on the second level. Lounge, swimming pool and gym on the main level next to the beautiful lobby. There’s an ATM next door at the end of the block which accepted our Canadian bank card. A great stay, highly recommended.

A great hotel to stay at after the hustle and bustle of Hanoi. Excellent service, lovely rooms and a great situation in a very pleasant town. Oir room was spacious and very clean, comfortable bed and a very nice swimming pool. As mentioned the staff were very attentive and helpful. Would thoroughly recommend the hotel.

Very good! Clean, spacious, situated in a good area.

There is a gym and a pool, madd use of the gym - nothing fancy but made it work.

The view from the 12th floor window was great and could really see far.

The area has lots of non-tourirsty restaurants so great for traditional viet food!

The room is clean and the view is good.
You can see the city in the room. During the day, you can see the beautiful city with an open view, and at night, the beautiful night view soothes your tiring day.
All hotel staff are friendly, Both coffee and breakfast are delicious.

This was a clean, beautiful hotel in a very nice neighborhood.

Very nice hotel but no bar or restaurant open yet. For the money, it was the best room we had in 3 weeks but the local dining and bar options were disappointing. Not much english spoken at SAM. One helpful young lady did help with our tour to Phong Nha Caves. Our guide "lost" our prepaid booking but she got us to the main cave tour by taxi. Overall it was okay.

Friendly staff, comfy bed, it’s a new Hotel, also near the railway station. They hired a driver for us to get to Paradise Cave and Phong Nha Cave.

またホテルの位置もドンホイ駅から歩いて行ける距離なので鉄道で来る場合も便利です。
