Estuvo bien que incluyo el desayuno, que por el precio podías ir a las albercas.

Appena un sottilissimo filo d'acqua soltanto fredda nel lavabo.
Abbiamo soggiornato due giorni e ho dovuto sempre chiedere di attivare l'acqua calda per fare una doccia.
El hotel es bonito y agradable, la capilla no estaba abierta por seguridad y no dieron opción a entrar y visitarla, lastima de instalaciones.
Deja mucho que desear el trato al público, al igual que la entrada al parque acuatico, pareciera que le hacen favores a uno, cuando realmente la atención al público sería su punto fuerte.
No voy a regresar a estás instalaciones.
Bien a secas , no hay servicio de Restaurant a la hora de comida y cena , no había agua caliente y no hay internet

Great value, very nice villa we stayed in well upkept and clean. With 3 kids it is hard to find a place to stay with some privacy at a good price. But this is one.
las habitaciones bastante bien el desayuno muy bien servido. hay un parque acuático que puedes usar después del check out, pero este lugar se encuentra a las afueras de tuxtla a 35 min del centro de Tuxtla
Es un hermoso lugar para irse a retirar, descansar y divertirse en las albercas, afuera no hay mucho que ver porque es carretera, si lo que busca es descansar ahi mismo se puede estar. Podría haber opciones de cenas porque el restaurante lo cierran temprano. A 10 minutos está el centro de un pueblito y ahi se puede uno mover en caso de querer buscar o conocer más. Volveremos sin duda para pasar más fines de semana
Family of 6 arrived for a one night stay to the hotel to go to the waterpark next door for Saturday and Sunday. Arrived early to take advantage of water park hours. Check in was easy and clerk was friendly. We had a family room (Room No. 5) which was actually a casita with a full kitchen, A/C in both bedrooms and lots of space, which was fantastic. Beds were a little hard for our liking. TVs in both rooms were huge, but not smartTVs. Internet worked well as did the mini fridge, coffee maker and microwave. When you stay at the hotel it included the waterpark entrance which was about $10 USD per person so good value. Hotel also provided a hot breakfast with good service. We would definitely return. Most important for us was that the hotel was clean, nobody got sick from the food, rooms were cold and parents had some privacy.
Somebody went a little crazy with the decor of the bathrooms. It's extraordinarily colorful in there.

El hotel está muy bien. Sus instalaciones fueron cómodas y limpias. Lamentablemente el personal no estuvo a la altura. Falto más atención al cliente y explicar mejor los servicios que ofrecen.
Los servicios que se ofrecen en la página son engañosos ya que no hay restaurantes, el horario de ingreso al hotel no es exacto, muy prepotente la atención al cliente.
La atención es regular y la temática del hotel es llamativa. Tuvimos la mala experiencia de hospedarnos en una habitación con mala instalación, la regadera estaba rota y se regaba el agua por todo el baño, aunque se reportó solo nos ofrecieron revisarlo pero por la hora no quisimos. Al día del check out nos querían cobrar por la toalla sucia y mojada que se usó para secarlo😑. El aire acondicionado sucio y el cuarto tardó en enfriar.
