Good quality rooms and reception area. Decent breakfast. Good room service delivery.

Cons:

Very poor delivery of services. Convoluted process to book airport transfer, numerous challenges with their payment devices, chasing for invoice as not being sent in a timely manner. Not the service expected for a 5 star establishment with 5 star prices.
