Overall, AMAZING!
Pros:

Breakfast was amazing! A wide variety of food. Everything was delicious. All the staff at the restaurants are very helpful, respectful, and kind. They make you feel welcome and special! The hotel views are amazing. On Saturdays and Sundays, they have a delicious brunch.

Cons:

The reception staff always tries to make you pay for early check-in or late check-out. I am a member of the IHG Hotels, and I don't appreciate it. I travel to a lot of countries, and I stay at nice hotels. Not being a member, the staff always accommodated me without asking for payment. Availability is the only factor for allowing early check-in.

Enjoyable stay
Pros:

I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. Beyond the beautiful modern architecture, the true heart of the place is its people. Joan Miguel truly made my day at breakfast. I would definitely recommend this place.

Lunch in Luanda
Pros:

We had an excellent meal and experience at the Le Petit Choux restaurant at the Intercontinental Luanda Miramar. Our waiter Flavio Pena, and hostess Erica des Santos were exceptional and took care of all our needs. Definitely will come back.

Amazing experience, would return again
Pros:

Spent 3 nights there and I had one of the nicest experience. The staff were all very well service minded. Spectacular breakfast. Dinner at the restaurants especially the one by the pool was super nice and the food was made to perfection. Beautiful interior decorations as always!

Wonderful
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at the InterContinental Luanda. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained, but what truly made my experience exceptional was the staff. Everyone was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and professional.

A special thank you to Maria at the reception was super professional Antonio fernandes and Pascoal antonio who made my breakfast experience truly amazing every day. Their kindness, attention to detail, and warm energy made each morning something to look forward to. All the staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect.

I highly recommend this hotel, not only for its comfort and location but especially for the outstanding service. I will definitely be coming back!
