Review Highlights

Pros:
Clean rooms (many guests)
Large/spacious rooms and comfortable beds
Friendly and helpful front desk/reception staff
Convenient location with nearby dining and easy highway access
Newer facility with ample parking
Cons:
Breakfast often cold/weak; coffee described as day‑old
Power outage and generator failure / poor outage handling
Amenity failures: no pool towels, missing body soap, noisy A/C
Occasional cleanliness lapses (pet area/trash, stained sheets)
Slow check-in at times and one reported booking/payment error

Categories

Cleanliness
7.5
Generally described as fresh/clean and rooms cited as clean and quiet, but multiple guests reported issues (spilled sheets returned with stain, pet area and outside grounds with trash/bottles, some reports of 'not super clean' and bathroom rust).
Service
8.4
Front desk and reception repeatedly called out as welcoming, kind and helpful; a few notes about slow check-in and poor handling/compensation during a power outage temper the otherwise strong service sentiment.
Location
9.2
Frequently praised as easy to find, convenient and just off I‑80 with food options nearby; location sentiment is a consistent positive across reviews.
Room Quality
8
Rooms described as large, comfortable, with good beds/pillows and high ceilings; some negatives include distinct odors in one room, missing body soap, noisy A/C and minor bathroom light/rust issues.
Amenities
6.5
Noted shortcomings: generator failed during outage, no pool towels available, no body soap in room, noisy A/C, limited accessible bathtub options; hotel is newer with ample parking but amenities reliability is a concern.
Value for Money
7
Mixed impressions: some guests felt it was fair for what was offered, but one guest experienced a costly booking/location error ($143) and several cited mediocre breakfast which lowers perceived value.
Food and Beverage
6.8
Breakfast repeatedly criticized for being weak, cold or having runny eggs and day‑old coffee; a few guests said breakfast was good, but overall F&B is a common complaint.
Overall Experience
8.2
Many guests reported enjoying their stay (family wedding, comfortable night, would return), balanced by notable glitches (power outage, breakfast issues, occasional cleanliness/service lapses) leading to an overall positive but imperfect experience.

IT was fine for one night. I would not recommend if staying longer.
Pros:

location was very acceptable for the event we were attending

Cons:

Did not ask for an accessibility room. Wanted a bathtub. The room had a very distinct order. No pool towels were available. Breakfast was ok. Most items were cold.

Pros:

Breakfast was good, location was nice
