Great place to stay when the highway closed

We would not stay here again.
Pros:

We appreciated the front desk manager named Ivy.

Cons:

When we checked into our room, the linens on the bed were soiled. The room was also dirty on calling the front desk. Ivy was very nice and she said I will get you another room and give you a discount. Just let me know at checkout when we went to check out the night managers said that moving us to a new room was enough and we wouldn’t be getting a discount. Even though we had to pack up all of our belongings and we had two pets and we had to move to a separate room on the second floor.
The neighbors to our room on the second floor were extremely loud and had music going, and marijuana smoke was filling the hallway.

Cons:

I booked online for Colfax WA. I was charged for WA and Colfax CA. Booking.com will not return my emails and give me a refund. I need to be contacted! (208) 628-3691, landline. shoshannahhollon@yahoo.com

Good stay overall
Pros:

Room and bed were very comfortable. Breakfast was adequate.

Cons:

Shower head that lacks enough pressure and soap/shampoo dispensers that dispense a drop at a time and toilet tissue thin and very rough. Skimping on toiletries detracts from a guests comfort.
