Absolutely Amazing Views!
Pros:

My main want for this holiday was expansive, uninterrupted sea views and X Kirra 100% delivered! Amazing views, efficient check in/out, secure parking, modern, clean, comfortable plus a very short walk to great cafes. Perfect.

Cons:

Hard to find anything that I didn't like... would advise not to bring a massive vehicle as the car park is a bit tight, also the pool is small, but you really don't need it with safe beach swimming just over the road.

we have stayed in this building a few times and have always enjoyed it. on this occasion, like the other occasions we booked a 1 bedroom apartment. We are sometimes given a two bedroom apartment with a note saying if we use the other room or bathroom there would be an extra charge. On this occasion, the master bedroom was locked and although we paid close to $2,000 for 3 nights we could only use the small 2nd bedroom and the bathroom. The bedroom was very small and was difficult to move around with the bags in the room. We were told that this apartment 903 is the only one whereby the owner locks the masterbed room and ensuite and only the 2nd bedroom and main bathroom can be used by the guests. Totally unacceptable. If we were informed when we booked we would have requested another apartment similar to one we had enjoyed before. When booking this building make sure it is not 903. you will be disappointed.

Perfect in every way. My new favourite place to stay!!
Pros:

First time I have stayed here and it exceeded my expectations. The view of the ocean was incredible! The unit was perfect in every way and had everything we needed. The bed was so comfortable!!! The air conditioning was so quiet that it took me a bit to realise it was actually on. I'm so used to having noisy aircon in other places I have stayed! I will certainly be back again and for a longer stay as well. This is now my favourite place to stay and felt relaxed and refreshed from staying here too.

Cons:

The parking is tight as many have commented, but there are spots that can be used for larger cars. Just ask reception and they will certainly help you out.

Short but sweet - wish we could have booked longer, but fully booked.
Pros:

1. Location 2. View of both beach and hinterland 3l Comfy beds 4. Kitchen had everything possibly needed 5. Outdoor furniture on balcony was clean and comfortable 6. Everything felt and looked well cleaned on arrival 7. Lifts were fast and worked well.in the building 8. Body washes, shampoos, conditioners complimentary were of better quality than other accomodations.

Cons:

1. No beach/pool towels provided 2. Pool was advertised as heated and was absolutely freezing cold, couldn't have possibly been heated 3. Airconditioner was always freezing even at 26 deg, then turn it off and we are roasting hot in no time 4. Too much light in the main bedroom (not sure about the kids room), the curtains didn't go all the way to the edge of the windows, I barely slept both nights due to too much light in the room.5. Dishwasher really stank so we washed everything by hand/didn't want to use it.
