I expected more for paying at least AUD150/night.
Pros:

The location is great as its near almost everything.

Cons:

The price is too high for the stay. The room was not well maintained. I know the hotel is a few years old and I stayed here when it was fairly new. The room's cleanliness is not great, especially the bathroom. There is a musty smell too. I booked the Queen Deluxe room expecting it is better than the twin room i booked previously but it was a let down. The bed was too hard and the linens are just old. Maybe an update is needed unless they want it to have the same vibe as the older hotels in Lipa.

Satisfied. Hotel was so clean and smells good.

I like the Coffee and the beef tapa.

Cons:

they say breakfast is 6am but when we arrived at the restaurant, eggs are not ready , still some food are not available.

Poor food handling practices.
Pros:

The location was good but its noisy.

Cons:

The breakfast was very poor and doesn't cater for westerners. Breakfast was always cold every day. Having to ask for food to be reheated in a microwave is dissapointing. For food to be safe it must be kept hot to stop bacteria growth. This is a simple practice and stops people getting sick.

We enjoyed our stay.The staff are very very nice.Clean place.
Pros:

I suggest for more veggies and fruits.A lot of people now are concious of their health.That would be a plus factor if you add more.

Come on, you could be better than this!
Pros:

I paid more in Jet Hotel than in the new hotel in Manila Bay (which is setting up to be the biggest hotel in the country.) Yet, I am not very pleased with the stay. They are eco-friendly, yes. Because the room was so hot when we got in. The keycard was needed to activate the power source in the room. It took a while before the room got cooler. The fridge was unplugged though so good thing I checked. Because if I had just relied on the “Ref” switch, I would be disappointed that our drinks didn’t turn cold.
We went to Jet for a staycation with the kids and of course the pool. We went up to the pool and it was nice to be alone but we also had to clear the leaves off the pool. There was nobody in there after some time and the kuya was very nice anyway.
Jet hotel is nicely located so you have plenty of options for sining out and shopping. Disadvantage for their hotel restaurant. Anyways, so we went out to eat and then came back. As the kids were preparing for bed, one of my nephews saw the couch underneath the ac soaking wet from the water dripping from the ac. We called it and they eventually “resolved” it by placing towels and a bucket under the ac and replacing the couch with another. I wonder if my “foreigner” husband was with me if they had offered the same “resolution.” Because from hospitality POV, that is just unacceptable.
Btw, that couch was built wrong. It wasn’t flat on the floor. So it kept of making this tripping sound as if it’s going to break. ….

Pros:

Breakfast included with hotel room and food served at restaurant were delicious; staff very courteous; location close to shopping areas

Cons:

Sound coming from event halls was loud which was fine during the day but not at night when you expect to have a good sleep. I think hotel should update their wall and floor soundproofing and also have a strict regulation on what time events should end.

Overall, dissapointed and not recommending the executive room.
Pros:

The staff are nice and the Location is conveniënt for its purpose.

Cons:

The room is dirty upon arrival as if no one stayed there for a while. The facilities are broken and filty e.g. faucet, door knob, bath tub. The bathroom tile strip is rusty and moldy. The executive room that we booked in should have not been rented out in its state. It is not worth the price we paid for it.

Decent hotel but location is good
Pros:

Staffs were accommodating especially the restaurant staff.
Location accessible to transportations and hotel was very near Robinsons Mall.

Cons:

Water pressure in the shower keeps getting slow. During the last night of our stay, there was water dripping from the ceiling.

Quiet room. Good for short stay.
