Food not the best

My wife and I stayed there for a week. First of all most of the staff was friendly they deserve 3 stars. The 1st room no TV, AC did not work, mold in the shower and the shower leaked so bad that it flooded the room. The 2nd room shower head was so clogged that water barely came out. The TV and the phone did not work at all. I have nothing to say good about the experience at the resteraunt. The food amd service was horrible. Breakfast food was nasty. The dinner took 20 to 30 mins to get my wifes food and it was barely warm, she waited for me to get mine because we like to eat together. Another 20 mins passed and I still have not recieved my chicken wings I ordered and by then my wifes was too cold to eat. I sent her food back and cancelled my order. The hotel elevators went out so walking up 4 flights of stairs was not fun. Check out time the security guard could not find the desk clerk or bellman to help with our 6 bags luggage(probably sleeping somewhere). I had to carry them down myself. We paid for early check in and the whole week up front and upon checkout they tried to get more money from us. Keep your reciepts for everything at this hotel. Based on the experience I would rate the hotel itself a zero. It is far from a 3 star hotel they claim it to be. I have seen better rooms at motel 6's in the ghetto of America than this hotel. They need to fix a lot of things up before they deserve any star rating. I would beware of staying at this hotel because you will be disappointed and its a waste of money for what they charge. We will never stay at this hotel again and do not recommend it. This is far from a 3 star hotel.

The price is too high for the stay. The room was not well maintained. I know the hotel is a few years old and I stayed here when it was fairly new. The room's cleanliness is not great, especially the bathroom. There is a musty smell too. I booked the Queen Deluxe room expecting it is better than the twin room i booked previously but it was a let down. The bed was too hard and the linens are just old. Maybe an update is needed unless they want it to have the same vibe as the older hotels in Lipa.

they say breakfast is 6am but when we arrived at the restaurant, eggs are not ready , still some food are not available.

The breakfast was very poor and doesn't cater for westerners. Breakfast was always cold every day. Having to ask for food to be reheated in a microwave is dissapointing. For food to be safe it must be kept hot to stop bacteria growth. This is a simple practice and stops people getting sick.

Shower head was broken, reported it twice but it was never fixed

Sound coming from event halls was loud which was fine during the day but not at night when you expect to have a good sleep. I think hotel should update their wall and floor soundproofing and also have a strict regulation on what time events should end.
