Não há estacionamento para todos os hóspedes

Hotel muito limpo e cama muito confortável.

Cons:

Gostaria de registrar minha insatisfação em relação ao estacionamento. Antes da hospedagem, foi informado que havia vaga para estacionamento, e essa informação foi considerada na escolha do hotel.
Porém, ao chegar, não havia vaga disponível. Precisei deixar o carro longe da frente do hotel, sobre a calçada, correndo inclusive o risco de ser multado.
Para piorar, como existem vários bares no entorno, a rua estava completamente tomada por veículos e por flanelinhas cobrando R$ 20,00 para “olhar” o carro. Ou seja, além do transtorno e da insegurança de deixar o veículo na rua, ainda tive esse custo adicional.
Se o hotel informa que possui estacionamento ou que há vaga disponível, é fundamental confirmar se isso realmente poderá ser oferecido ao hóspede. Caso contrário, a informação precisa ser passada com clareza antes da reserva, para que o cliente possa decidir se deseja ou não se hospedar nessas condições.
Peço, por favor, que revejam essa informação e a forma como ela é passada aos hóspedes, porque a situação que encontrei foi completamente diferente da expectativa criada no momento da reserva.
