Do not put the hotel address in your GPS to reach the car park since you will not be able to reach the parking then. The Ghent City center is a low emission zone. Bien pour un court séjour.
Pros:

Petit déjeuner très agréable offrant un large choix de produits de qualité.
Très belle salle, confortable.
Personnel à l'écoute et convivial.
Le lit était très confortable

Cons:

L'éclairage de la chambre en général :
Les lampes au dessus du lit sont éblouissantes.
L'éclairage du miroir au dessus du lavabo situé dans la chambre est mal disposé : le visage n'est pas éclairé directement et se trouve en partie dans l'ombre.
Des odeurs venant de l'évacuation de la douche.

Aesthetically stunning hotel with the most exceptionally welcoming and helpful staff!

Breakfast was a scrumptious spread.
All the staff were energetic, dedicated and exceptionally willing to us assist with every request, also making us feel so welcome - a big thank you!
Location excellent.

Cons:

The restaurant was awfully expensive, so sadly we didn’t make use of it.

무엇보다 호텔 레스토랑 식사가 너무 맛있었고, 루프탑 바에서도 맛있게 먹었어요. 위치도 너무 좋고, 방도 만족스러웠습니다.

Cons:

매트리스 시트가 완벽하게 안씌워져 있는 날이 있었고, 시트 아래 매트리스에 노란 얼룩이 보여서 기분이 안좋았어요.

Comfortable and modern centrally located hotel with excellent staff
Pros:

Modern hotel in central location of agent. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially in sorting an issue with the LEZ permit. All spoke excellent English. There was an attractive bar and dining area. We had an excellent breakfast. There is a good underground parking, however it costs €34 per day

Cons:

We had difficulty with registering for the low emission zone permit to drive through the centre of Gent where a permit is required if driving to the hotel. So make sure you have your registration documents.

El desayuno buffet de.mucha calidad y variado, es difícil encontrar aguacate , salmón , cottage en desayunos. Buena.variedad de pan ,frutas y el café muy rico.

Nos pidieron disculpas y compensaron con bebidas en el bar gratis pero fue muy incómodo.
