Yalo has a easy to reach underground car park, address: Vlaanderenstraat 26 (this is not the address of the hotel). Do not put the hotel address in your GPS to reach the car park since you will not be able to reach the parking then. The Ghent City center is a low emission zone. If you want to reach the hotel (and parking) it is required to register your car on the website of the city (exception for cars registered in Belgium and the Netherlands). If you don't register you might get fined.

Mooie locatie, super ingerichte kamers met alle nodige comfort.
Uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet en heel lekker vernieuwende keuken.

De entree van het hotel is met auto slecht te vinden en de spiegels op de badkamers zijn erg donker. Verder prima hotel!
Atmosfæren - og specielt den vidunderlige morgenmad. Værelsernes renhed og funktionalitet samt hyggelige rammer. Kæmpe seng hvor man sov pragtfuldt. Lobbyområdet moderne urbant, luftigt og smukt. Personalet super søde og serviceorienterede. Utrolig god beliggenhed.
Lobby området med tilhørende restaurant spillede højt musik om aftenen. Lidt meget clubstemning. Måske jeg bare er blevet lidt for gammel til det. Jeg fravalgte bare at sidde i området om aftenen.

Was not asked if any diners had any food intolerances or allergies. However we stipulated we did not want a salad with spring onions or rocket due to an intolerance - but that waiter didnt think to mention that the main we chose had loaded spring onions and rocket (which was not mentioned in the menu description). When main meal was served the chicken was cold and pink. The Waiter that we addressed our concerns to had to refer to a senior staff member who offered no apology and then felt the need to say chicken is cooked for 4hrs and then reheated. No apology no offer to provide either a free drink or discounted meal.
Way too small coffee vessels provided - as these were not cups or mugs in the room.
Record player didnt work.

We had a wonderful weekend in Ghent. The accommodation was very clean, cozy, and perfectly located for exploring the city on foot. The host was extremely friendly and helpful, and the check-in was smooth and easy.
We felt completely comfortable and would definitely come back again!

Die Zentrale Lage. Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals. Frühstück war gut. Tolles Restaurant.
Wir hatten ein Zimmer mir Waschbecken im Zimmer selbst und nicht im Badezimmer. Etwas störend wenn man sich nachts die Hände waschen möchte, man weckt automatisch die andere Person im Zimmer.
Mooi hotel, fijn gelegen. Het ontbijt is heerlijk. Wat ons opviel in vergelijking met een eerder bezoek was dat de kamer stoffig was. Ook zijn de prijzen naar ons idee wel erg hoog voor eten en drinken.
The design is so trendy, the location is perfect, the staff are very helpful and smiley and having a parking is a super plus.
