Excellence beyond imagination
Pros:

The Matild Palace is such a historic and beautiful building, and that it is worth by itself. However, the staff and the rooms and the services provided, make this one of the most exceptional hotels I have ever been to.
It is not just a matter of everything being clean, working well, and being of great quality. It is the staff going well beyond what you can even imagine, showing up with cakes and drinks for your anniversary, offering local-kind suggestions via their concierge, being incredibly attentive at breakfast, and believe it or not: just say “hello” every now and then, from the receptionists to the cleaners.
This is a hotel I will visit again and again in my life and recommend others do too.

Matild Palace’taki konaklamamız tamamen hayal kırıklığıydı.
İşim gereği ve genel olarak çok sık seyahat eden, birçok ülke ve farklı lüks otel deneyimi yaşamış biri olarak, bu seviyede ve bu fiyat segmentinde bir otelden beklenen saygılı, çözüm odaklı ve misafir odaklı hizmeti neredeyse hiçbir noktada göremedik.

Otel genelinde karşılaştığımız yaklaşım mesafeli, isteksiz ve ilgisizdi. Nazik ve makul taleplerimize karşı dahi çözüm üretmek yerine, geri çeviren ve ilgisiz bir tutum sergilendi.

Özellikle Doğa isimli arkadaş (Assistant Marketing Manager) ile yaşadığımız iletişim, bu deneyimin en olumsuz kısmıydı. Misafire karşı saygısız, empati içermeyen, çözüm üretmekten uzak ve profesyonellikten yoksun bir yaklaşım sergiledi. Bu tutum, konaklamamız boyunca yaşadığımız memnuniyetsizliği daha da derinleştirdi.

Buna karşılık, bellboy Emir Bey’in yardımseverliği, nezaketi ve profesyonelliği takdire değerdi. Emir Bey, misafir memnuniyetinin bu seviyedeki bir otelde nasıl olması gerektiğini tek başına göstermiştir.

Ayrıca, odadaki kupaların kirli olması, hijyen gibi temel bir konuda ciddi eksiklikler yaşandığını göstermektedir. Bu durum, bu segmentteki bir otel için kabul edilebilir değildir.

Genel olarak otel personelinin misafirle iletişimde daha saygılı, daha özenli ve daha çözüm odaklı bir yaklaşım benimsemesi gerektiğini düşünüyoruz.
Matild Palace, sunduğu fiziksel imkânlara rağmen hizmet kalitesi açısından ciddi şekilde sınıfta kalmıştır.

für einen Kurztrip nach Budapest unbedingt zu empfehlen
Pros:

Frühstück, im Restaurant von Wolfgang Puck, ist zwar schon recht teuer, aber es war jeden Cent wert. Unglaubliche Vielfalt von überragender Qualität, mit sehr freundlicher Bedienung. Überhaupt ist das Personal im gesamten Hotel sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und in keiner Weise distanziert, was in Hotels dieser Klasse leider doch immer mal vorkommt. Die Zimmer sind relativ groß und das Interieur ist sehr gelungen und sehr hochwertig, ganz besonders das Badezimmer.

Hotel che vale il viaggio, nonostante le bellezze di Budapest.
Pros:

La stanza è molto ampia e pulitissima. Pur essendo sulla strada principale è risultata silenziosissima grazie a doppie finestre. Arredo di gran gusto. Bagno sempre caldo e con toilette super tecnologica che provvede alle funzioni del bidet tramite getti d'acqua comandati da un pannello dedicato. Colazione ottima. Personale super gentile.

Cons:

Abbiamo spinto inavvertitamente il tasto "privacy" (che inibisce le pulizie in camera). La sua attivazione non è a mio avviso adeguatamente segnalata.

Perfect city break hotel, we loved our stay!
