Pros:

Понравилась территория красиво , чисто , садовники работают отлично, много зелени . Кофе , бельгийские вафли. Вид из номера на море шикарный .

Cons:

Еда в главном ресторане не понравилась , выбор маленький , какие то овощи не понятные расставлены везде а есть нечего по сути. На ресепшене унылый персонал , не приветлив .

Exzellenter Aufenthalt mit der Familie und Freunden
Pros:

Es war wirklich sehr hygienisch, sehr sauber. Habe da wirklich hohe Erwartungen gehabt die getroffen wurden. Das Personal ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen war sehr lecker und vielseitig.

Cons:

Eigentlich hat uns alles sehr gut gefallen. Wenn ich auf hohem Niveau meckern müsste würde ich mir wünschen, dass es abends noch einen Zugang zu Desserts geben würde.

Schönes mit einer guten Lage

Das Personal beim Essen, die Reinigungskräfte und auch die Animateure beim Kidsclub waren super und echt erwähnenswert freundlich.
Super nett und sehr aufmerksam.
Die Auswahl beim Essen und auch Getränken waren gut.

Cons:

Man hat leider gemerkt das die Saison dort schon fast vorbei war.
Der Spielplatz wurde schon abgebaut ob wohl noch viele Kinder dort waren. Wo der Spielplatz noch aufgebaut war, lag dort einiges an Müll rum.
Es war nur ein außen Pool beheizt.
Der Kinderpool hatte nur 20grad was mit nen klein Kind einfach nicht nutzbar war.
Unser Zimmer hat leider überhaupt keine Sonne abbekommen. (6 Etage).

Wir hatten Massagen gebucht welche auch ok waren aber leider war es in den Räumen sehr kalt und es stark nach Essen gerochen.

Wir hatten diese Punkte angesprochen es wurde uns nur ein Upgrade für 250€ angeboten statt 270€ was es mehr gekostet hätte. Das ist eine Frechheit!
