Pros:

Everything else was ok

Cons:

Check in process was unpleasant. Took almost 2 hrs nearing to 5pm for room to be ready when i checked in at 1.15pm. Knowing guest is in vicinity, hotel should prioritise rooms for housekeep and i know that official check in is 3pm. I was asked to wait by a Trainee till almost 5pm with no recovery plan and just wait and wait. Managed to speak to their Duty Mgr and he recovered the whole situation which should have been done earlier.

A lovely place offering value-for-money lodging, amenities and probably the best breakfast in JB
Pros:

The few times we have been staying at Operon has been pleasant, comfortable, convenient and overall a positive experience. Breakfast buffet - thoroughly enjoyable! Spread and quality offered at a great price. Keep it up, thanks

Pros:

Syahmi, Vivienne and team were welcoming as always. So was the staff at Concierge.

Cons:

11pm and the live music at Level1 alfresco dining was still ongoing. I was staying at Level 2 and the music disturbed my rest.
