Pros:

Clean, spacious room. Location is perfect. Activities for kids available within walking distance. Xpark and Ladang x is nearby as well

Only stayed a night, but it was good. Expected to wait for a while but wait was 30 minutes > and location was good.

Not coming again despite the hotel staff are friendly. The vibes are meh.

Cons:

The guests super atas. No smiley guests every time meet at the lift area/lobby. All gave stare. The hotel vibes are only meant for rich people. Cmon guests its a chill days.🤦‍♀️

Pros:

Very well run clean and efficient hotel. The cafe served good food and the pool was very nice.

Cons:

Sometimes a bit busy and there was no response from room service.

Could be a better stay if not for the poor soundproofing rooms.
Pros:

Breakfast has a lot of spread. Food was okay. I had chicken porridge.. which is like cooked rice added with water. Table service was fast and quick

Cons:

- Soundproofing of the rooms. Next door guests were listening to music until 1.00am and we could hear it all. They were awake at 5.00am and we were awaken because of their commotion.
- Pls consider to put hand towels in the bathroom.

Pros:

We stayed in the family suite - the size was great, spacious for a family of 2 adults and 3 young kids. There was also 2 bathrooms which was really convenient for us when the baby slept (+ water pressure was great!). The room was spotless, and we had fun exploring big box retail park.

Cons:

The room doors are not the heavy sort, so it doesn't auto close unless you pull it shut. Our room was not closed shut after being made up - just an FYI.
