What did you like about the property?
The resort has a beautiful, calm atmosphere with well-maintained gardens and a pleasant outdoor area. The rooms were clean and comfortable, The staff are truly exceptional—you rarely get treated this well anywhere else in Ethiopia. They make you feel like part of the family.

The bathrooms were clean and well maintained; however Improved mechanical ventilation would make the bathrooms more comfortable, as they do not have windows.

Prenotazione effettuata tramite booking, il giorno prima della partenza controllo la prenotazione ed è tutto ok. Arriviamo in hotel e ci dicono che la prenotazione era stata cancellata giorni prima. Nessuna comunicazione, nè messaggi nè email. Sono pieni e non ci possono ospitare. Andiamo via e cerchiamo posto altrove. Su booking la prenotazione risulta sempre confermata. Neanche nelle peggiori bettole ci si comporta così...SCONSIGLIATISSIMO!!!

Definitely stay here again
Pros:

A very clean hotel with nice sized rooms and a balcony overlooking the garden and swimming pool. Well equipped gym. Gate security. Helpful staff. Full breakfast on display, and great coffee. Restaurant serving local and foreign food and all very tasty. Perfect for our business trip.
