Pros:

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt, wunderschönes Zimmer mit atemberaubender Aussicht. Das Personal war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die beste Lage in Baja California Sardinien. Ich komme wieder. Vielen Dank für alles und herzliche Grüße an alle.

La description de l'hôtel sur Booking.com promettait une vue sur le jardin. En réalité, l'appartement donnait sur une route très fréquentée. Un minuscule coin de jardin avec du gazon artificiel recouvert de feuilles mortes et un laurier grouillant de moucherons. La nuit, impossible de dormir correctement à cause du trafic incessant de voitures et de camions. L'appartement n'était pas attenant à l'hôtel ; il fallait traverser la route pour y accéder. À notre arrivée, le ménage n'avait pas été fait correctement, la bouteille de gaz était vide, il y avait une vieille pizza dans le congélateur et une fourmilière dans la douche du rez-de-chaussée. Les meubles étaient d'occasion, les lits inconfortables et le vieux canapé complètement cassé. Le pommeau de douche du premier étage était également hors service. Pour couronner le tout, nous avons fait part de nos réclamations à la direction de l'hôtel et reçu une explication professionnelle : « Monsieur, c'est le climat méditerranéen.» J'en ai donc déduit que l'appartement devait être vieux et sale comme sur la côte méditerranéenne, ce qui expliquait son prix élevé.

Guter Einstieg für unsere Sardinien-Premiere!
Pros:

Schönes Hotel mit sehr leckerem Frühstück! Wir hatten die „Familien-Suite“ gebucht. Eher ein Apartment mit einem Schlafzimmer und einem Zimmer mit einem Einzelbett. Dazu aber einen Balkon mit toller Aussicht auf den Ort und das Meer. Nettes Hotel-Team. Schöner Pool und gleich einen Strand 3 Minuten zu Fuß. Der Ort ist künstlich angelegt, quasi eine „Urlaubersiedlung“. Also kein Fischerdorf oder so, das hat uns überrascht. Aber er hat trotzdem Charme! Fantastische Strände in der Umgebung! Unser Ausflug zur Insel La Maddalena mit Bucht und Bummel durch die Altstadt ein Highlight!
Ebenso empfehlenswert Palau und das Capo d‘ Oorso!

Cons:

Das Abendessen im Hotelrestaurant. Das Schlechteste auf unserer Sardinien-Reise.

Groot hotel met mooie ligging maar met matige service

De ligging: mooi uitzicht en centraal.
Prima ontbijt, wel steeds hetzelfde en sap uit de automaat.

Cons:

De schoonmaak laat te wensen over: telkens veel haren in de badkamer bij aankomst en na schoonmaak.
Het balkon geeft geen privacy. Het aangrenzende restaurant had geen smakelijke gerechten helaas en de bediening is brutaal.

Pros:

You can’t beat the location! Friendly staff and the pool was a nice touch in a hot day. I was worried about the mixed reviews, but we had a great stay. When we first got our room, it was clean and smelled like bleach which I didn’t mind.

Cons:

The room was clean, however, I think they could have swept a bit more daily. Since we were in the first floor, a few bugs would get in. My pillow would always drop on the floor during the night and they never replaced it, they just put it back on the bed. The bathroom needs some updating and could be bigger.

Onbeschoft en onpersoonlijk personeel. Badkamer beantwoord NIET aan de veiligheidsvoorschriften (water/electricuteit) waardoor electrocutie vermeden op het nippertje. Drama vermeden. Open stopcontact in douche!!! Beelden beschikbaar.
Toch nog even: Een pluim voor het restaurant!

Die Lage ist sehr schön, gut gelegen wunderschöne Sicht in die Lagune. Gemütlicher Balkon, das Zimmer sehr geräumig und modern gestaltet. Auch das Bad sehr schön. Das Zimmer hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüll, auch waren die täglichen Reinigung sehr schnell und sauber. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung die Auswahl war für uns genügend hat sicher noch etwas Luft nach oben. Das Personal die für das Frühstück zuständig waren, waren sehr aufmerksam und sehr zufuhrkommend.

Cons:

Die Reception der Service lässt da zu wünschen übrig. Wir kamen an einem Freitag ca. 14:00 an, gebucht hatten wir mit Frühstück. Wir fragten ob wir am Anreisetag im Hotel zu Abend essen können, die Dame sagte uns das sie es abklären werde und uns Bescheid sagen werde, denn wir nicht erhielten, wir wollten eine weiter Auskunft am nächsten Tag es war eine andere Dame an der Reception wieder dasselbe. Wir finden dass sollte nicht sein.
