近くのクラブかバービアの音がうるさく朝の4時までずっと部屋まで騒音が入ってくる。またそのあとその店から帰ってきたであろう中国人が大きな声で騒ぎながらフロアをあるいてくるのでそれもまたうるさい。
また、そもそもホテル自体が壁が薄いようで上か横の部屋のトイレの音やシャワーの音も大きく聞こえるし声も聞こえる。ドアの閉める音は部屋に響くくらいの大音量。
これまで泊まったホテルで最も居心地が悪かった。

Wonderful Hotel
Pros:

Overall it was a wonderful stay in Payaa Hotel. The room is big and very clean. The sink is in an awkward place right at the entrance of the room. There is no master light switch so i have to switch on/off the lights individually. I will gladly stay here again when i am in Pattaya.

A little oasis
Pros:

Great little hotel and a welcome oasis in the hustle and bustle of Pattaya. Great rooftop pool and sun deck with an nice bar area. Great attentive staff. Breakfast a mix of Buffett and set menu which was fine. Check in and check out easy. You can check out the same time as you checked in ( we checked in at 9pm, so could have had our room until 9pm on the day of our departure).
Just far enough out of the craziness of the main strip with nice bars and restaurants close by.
Small downside was some low level noise from one of the nearby beer complexes, but nothing major. Would stay here again and recommend.
