Cons:

Das Zimmer ist nicht besonders sauber, ich habe Spinnen und Ameisen im Zimmer gesehen.

perfekte zentrale Lage. Sehr freundliches Personal
Pros:

sehr sehr freundlicher und persönlicher Service. Selbst der Tiefgaragenplatz und die Abstellmöglichkeiten wurden vor Ort erklärt. Super Zimmer sehr sauber und gepflegt. Perfekte Verkehrsanbindung an die U 72. Wenige Gehminuten zur Haltestelle.

No staff onsite to help with check-in when you have anything beyond the basic stuff.
Pros:

Convenient location, just 1.4 km from the central station. Easy for a cycling tourist.

Cons:

No staff on site and my phone calls went unanswered, despite my also leaving a message. I'd called the day before (when there clearly was someone there) and had confirmation that there would be a storage room for my bike. But how would that work when there's no one there?!

And the room was suffocatingly hot.

La cama era comoda

Cons:

No tenía aire acondicionado y no decía al momento de reservar. Está frente al tren y no había ni ventilador. Cuando hace calor tienes que abrir la ventana y el tren parece que está en tu cerebro.

Quite cheap on System Of A Down concert weekend compared to other central accommodations
Well organised bathroom

OK for 1 night, but wouldn't return
Pros:

I arrived with a request to have a mini fridge in the room for medication. A nuxe reception lady said they only have 1 room with a minibar and she was very helpful to give it to me by making some changes, thank you for that and for allowing me to check in 1.5 hrs earlier 🙏🏻

Cons:

I didn't expect too much, considering the low price (~70€), however, the room was even less than I expected:
- my room was facing the metro station, so from 6 am or so, there was a horrible noise that would make me wake up and make the room shake.
- No AC in the room, so considering it was 30° outside, the room was a sauna! (this was also the reason why I couldn't close the windows to get rid of some noise from the trains).
- no blinders/dark curtains in the room.
- mold and hair in the bathroom
- very old furniture

Preis-Leistung und Lage gut!
Pros:

Lage ist gut, Preis-Leistung ist gut.
Bad ist groß, Einrichtung funktional. Für ein Wochenende komplett ausreichend!

Cons:

Man könnte mal mit dem Staubsauger ordentlich durch und auch hinter den Vorhängen saugen.

Pros:

Dass man morgens gut aus der Tour raus kam.

Cons:

Kein Stil in der Einrichtung, kleines Bett, Nachttischlampe, aber keine Steckdose dafür, Dusch Vorhang, laute Straße ohne isolierte Fenster. Alles echt schlecht.
