Habitación cómoda y baño super amplio. Incluye servicio de desayuno por un costo extra. El desayuno estuvo bien pero ninguna maravilla.

Pros:

Ich habe mich in diesem Hotel rundum wohlgefühlt. Es ist eher einfach,  überzeugt aber durch seine Sauberkeit und eine angenehme, entspannte Atmosphäre. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal, das den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat.
Die Lage ist wirklich hervorragend – sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung, Möglichkeiten zum Essen oder Einkaufen sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Für einen unkomplizierten, angenehmen Aufenthalt ist dieses Hotel absolut empfehlenswert. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

Ganz in Ordnung
Pros:

Für eine Nacht war das Zimmer ganz in Ordnung und es hatte einen Balkon.
Mit dem Zug ist der Hauptbahnhof nur 2 Minuten vom Hotel entfernt, zu Fuß 15 Minuten.

Cons:

Leider hatte der Fernseher kein ARD und ZDF.
Zudem hörte man auch spätabends noch die Züge vorbeirauschen, aber das ist halt bei der Lage normal und zum Einschlafen hatte es dennoch nicht gestört.

Pros:

Personal war überhaupt nicht erreichbar, nicht über E-Mail oder über Hendy wie haben seit 14 Uhr ständig angerufen und wollte wissen ob wir 23 Uhr anreisen könnten aber niemand geht Ran und als wir kämmen Hotel war dicht

Cons:

De geboekte 2 persoonskamer was niet 25m2 maar 18m2 het stonk naar sigaretten, ouwe meuk en veels te duur. Slechte bedden, kussens die uit elkaar vallen van ellende. Gewoon vreselijk je kon ook niet naast t bed lopen. De rookmelders waren verwijderd.

Personal war freundlich und Lage ist zwar nicht verkehrberuhigt, was im Vorfeld klar war, dafür sehr zentral

Cons:

Das war mit Abstand das schlechteste Hotel in dem ich jemals auf der Welt war. Komfort ist hier nur ein beflügeltes Wort und steht in keinerlei Zusammenhang zu dem Hotel. Es gibt 2 Steckdosen in dem ganzen Zimmer (an der Eingangstür und tief unter dem Tisch auf dem der Fernseher steht. Nachtischlampe fehlt, da auch die Steckdose fehlt, was den nächtlichen Klogang zu einem Survival Ausflug werden ließe, es sei dem man hat die Tachenlampe dabei. Zum Glück sind die Vorhänge der Fenster zur Straße transparent, so das es auch in der Nacht Tag-hell ist im Zimmer. Frühstück und Bad waren unterirdisch so das die Überlegung war, doch am Kiosk 59 zu speisen. Es war zum Glück nur eine Nacht und die Freude wieder heimischen Boden betreten zu dürfen ist nach einer Übernachtung in dem Hotel riesengroß. Das Ganze für 91€ die Nacht, incl. etwas lieblos angerichtetem Brot und Wurst, was als Frühstüch (die wichtigste Mahlzeit des Tages) deklariert wird, ist ein echter Schnapper! Danke für dieses Erlebniss!

Für einen Kurzaufenthalt den man nicht die ganze Zeit im Zimmer verbringt ist es durchaus empfehlenswert.
Pros:

Die Lage, nur 3 Minuten zu Fuss vom Bahnhof der eine direkte Verbindung zum Flughafen DUS hat.
Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend.
Auch ein verstopfter Abfluss der Dusche wurde umgehend frei gemacht.

Cons:

Das Bett knarrt bei jeder Bewegung. Etwas hellhörig sind die Zimmer. An der Rezeption steht dass kein Bargeld mehr akzeptiert wird, was ok ist. Jedoch sollte dann die Kaffeemaschine auch ohne Münzen aktiviert werden können.
