Magical and lovely
Pros:

Everything was perfect! The hotel is just lovely. The decor and the atmosphere is magical, specially if you love to read.
The Spa and gym were a welcome plus. The latest wasn’t big but enough to burn some calories during holidays.
The staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful.
We were staying at a family room. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Air conditioning is always a plus. Complementary water, coffee and tea were lovely. Toiletries and slippers a nice touch.
It is on zone 4 but very well connected by bus, tube and train.
I would definitely recommend it and happily repeated a stay.

Cons:

Nothing. All was as I expected.

A unique, family-friendly gem in London that exceeded our expectations. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The building is full of character and history, creating a unique and memorable atmosphere. The staff were welcoming and attentive, the family room was comfortable and spotless, and the location was ideal for exploring London. Our family especially enjoyed the library theme and the fascinating collection of artefacts throughout the property. It felt like much more than a hotel, it was an experience in itself.

Cons:

There was very little not to like about our stay. If I were to suggest one small improvement, it would be the inclusion of a complimentary oral care kit with toothpaste and toothbrushes in the room, particularly for guests who may have forgotten theirs after travelling. We had to make a quick trip to a local shop to buy toothpaste. A special mention and thank you to Mso, one of our group members, who kindly left the comfort of her dressing robe to come to the rescue and help us sort it out. Other than that minor point, everything else was excellent and made for a memorable stay.

Its a beautiful boutique property. The whole property looks like a story book in which every room is lika a different page. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is decent. The reception staff are quite accomodating and friendly. Its a 100% cashless hotel.

All in all, we had a very good stay

Cons:

No car Parking nearby

Pros:

The concept of the hotel is really interesting. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had lunch and breakfast at the hotel, both were great. The beds were comfortable with multiple pillows.

Cons:

One of the rooms was a bit noisy due to its location (the windows are looking at a busy road).
