Pros:

My favourite place to stay in London, professional staff, so inviting, perfectly clean and well the character, will you find a more well decorated place, I doubt it. Wouldn't change a thing. Gorgeous spa as the cherry on top.

3cm gap between window ledge and curtain that let light from street through. It's a small detail but would have improved the quality of my sleep no end had there been no light coming in.

exceptional stay with a unique atmosphere
Pros:

As soon as I arrived it looked like a very well crafted decorum. The check in staff took me to my room to show me the facilities. I did not use the sauna and gym but such facilities are there for those interested. The hotel as a terrasse on the first floor with many small areas and with books and antics everywhere. Breakfast was extremely well presented and the quality of the food was exceptional. It is 5-minute walk from Limehouse DLR station. I would certainly stay there again.

Cons:

The area is not the best but once inside it is a wonderful experience.

Such a friendly and truly quirky one of a kind place . To be in such a great location for walking around the Thames pathways . The rooms and areas to sit and read or play chess were fantastic and plants made this such unique stay. Room was a great size and super clean. With such attentive and friendly staff from front desk, breakfast to the bar and evening meals. The spa and Turish bath area really was such a lovely addition to hotel and so relaxing.

Cons:

We had to go home , we really did both wanted to stay longer

Pros:

Interior design paintings were beautiful and very tasty good selection breakfast, however it was the same 3 days in a row, would have liked some more variaty, it is ok if uou stay 1-3nights. The bus stop was like 2 minutes walk from the hotel good to get to city center that way.

Cons:

The location next to the train station, trains run until 01.00 in the morning, very hard to fall asleep, it is so loud noise, standard room very small and double bed too small to sleep to adults in one bed. I did not feel rested.

Easy to find, welcoming staff and easy to navigate the building. Clean room was spacious and had all the facilities needed - own bathroom, comfy bed, hot drink facilities and towels. Would stay again.

Larger cup in room for hot drinks.

Un magnifique séjour en famille
Pros:

Superbe hôtel atypique, charmant et très bien décoré à l'anglaise ! L'accueil était parfait, le personnel très gentil et serviable tout comme le confort des chambres et le petit déjeuné sous forme de buffet.
