A slice of paradise
Pros:

Absolute paradise! We stayed for 9 nights and had the best stay. Not only is the resort just breathtaking, the staff are incredible helpful and lovely (special mention to Tai, Dat, Micey and Tuyen). The villas were beautiful and only steps from the beach. Very comfortable beds and buffet breakfast was incredible.

Cons:

The gym was very basic and not well looked after but you don't go to Ocean Bay to workout!

Fantastisch!
Pros:

Prachtige locatie. Mooi resort, veel groen, direct aan de zee. Hele mooie bungalows. Super service.

Het personeel is heel behulpzaam. Hue en haar team hebben ons verblijf tot in de puntjes verzorgd.

Min dochter was jarig en Hue heeft gezorgd voor een klein taartje in de ochtend, de kamer was mooi versierd en er was persoonlijke aandacht.

Ik was mijn oortjes vergeten en Hue heeft hier direct naar gehandeld en n zelfs gezorgd dat deze werden afgeleverd bij het vliegveld! Echt geweldig 🥰

Cons:

De enige feedback die ik heb is dat de prijs van het eten in verhouding erg hoog is tot de locale prijzen. Daardoor was ik sneller geneigd uit te wijken buiten het resort. Als de prijzen in redelijkheid zouden staan zou ik de hele dag in het resort eten. Dat heb ik nu niet gedaan.

Un paradis sur terre !

Un réel paradis. L’hôtel est magnifique !
Nous avons été accueilli par une équipe super professionnel et au petit soin.
Gros coût de cœur pour le personnel.

I would still recommend this property despite the negatives.
Pros:

Comfy bed, friendly staff, great food, good cappacino coffee.

Cons:

Bathroom was semi outside. Felt a bit exposed particularly at night with the lighting on.
Barking dogs day and night. Not continuously but still too often. A very long walk in the rain from room to reception. A buggy can be ordered though.

Pros:

Beautiful property along a gorgeous beach. Wonderful pool area with great views. Very generous breakfast buffet and great food at the hotel restaurant. Nice size rooms. Lovely staff.

Cons:

Lots of condensation develops in the room with the air conditioner on to the point of large puddles, could have even been a leaking roof with the rain. We were very keen to use the big stone bath, but the water does not stay hot long enough to fill it sadly.
