Belle découverte de l’île du Nord au Sud, ses couchers de soleil et sa spécificité le poivre de Phu Quoc.
Pros:

Le logement dans la nature et proche de la plage. La gentillesse du personnel. Très serviable. Navette gratuite pour l’aéroport. Très bon déjeuner et très varié.

An unforgettable stay! Incredible service, food, and sunsets!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Ocean Bay Resort in Phu Quoc. The standout feature of this resort is definitely the staff. They are incredibly attentive and have a knack for anticipating your needs—catching and resolving any questions or small issues completely on the fly. You never have to ask twice!

​Beyond the world-class service, the restaurant is fantastic with high-quality food, and the evening sunsets over the beach are pure magic. Those two things alone make this place worth coming back to. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Phu Quoc!

What we liked the most was the staff’s kindness and helpfulness. They responded immediately to any problems we had and did everything they could to make our stay as smooth and comfortable as possible. Their quick actions and willingness to help were truly appreciated. The beach views were absolutely beautiful, and the pool was amazing these were definitely some of the highlights of the resort.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our stay did not meet our expectations. We understand that the resort is located in the middle of the forest, so seeing some insects and geckos is expected. However, there were multiple geckos inside our first room, including one on the mosquito net above the bed and several on the ceiling. For a 5-star resort, we expected better measures to prevent them from entering the rooms.

The room itself was also quite dirty and seemed to need a deep clean. After we requested a room change, the new room had a bed and mosquito net covered with black stuff and dead inscects, making us uncomfortable and concerned about cleanliness.

That said, the staff were helpful and responded quickly to our concerns. They cleaned the room and did their best to make the situation better, which we appreciated. We had even considered leaving after the first night, but their efforts made our stay manageable enough to remain for the second night.

Overall, we expected much more from a 5-star resort. While the staff were really kind and helpful, the cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms were disappointing. Perhaps this type of accommodation simply wasn't the right fit for us.

Een fantastisch resort dat het terugkomen zeker waard is!
Pros:

De uitermate goede service van het personeel dat altijd voor je klaar staat. De accomodatie waar geen slecht woord over te zeggen is en echt perfect is. Het park wordt zeer goed onderhouden elke dag weer door vele personeelsleden. Verder de zee op een paar meter afstand het ontbijt wat fantastisch was.

Needs alot of improvements
Pros:

Ok concept but they dragged it too far to have toilets in almost open space, which gives room for insects.
The rooms were not fully isolated, which made it hot and fear of insects. I heard other guests complaining about lizard in the room. I changed the hotel after a night (I had paid for 2 nights). I asked for an iron at 12 and received it by 2 pm after calling several times. Due to that I was late to my trip too.

Amazing place
Pros:

Naprosto uzasny resort v dzungli, pri zachováni souladu s prirodou. Nadhetne apartmany, vsechny sluzby uzasne, snidane excelentni, personal skvely, obvzlast Mr. Ocean. Milueme tam vse a chteli bychom tam bydlet navzdy :)

Cons:

Neni co vytknout. Cokoliv bylo potreba, ve vsem nam vysli vstric.
