Pros:

Hue checked us in with a very warm welcome and gave us her WhatsApp. She was at hand to help with all of our needs and was amazing. The hotel is beautiful and in a lovely location on a quiet beach with a small town nearby.

Cons:

The outdoor bathroom is a great novelty, but if you go out at night to use it, you will get bitten a lot. Also, we had no hot water, but that didn't matter as it was 35 degrees every day, and a cool shower was welcome.

Bello sì ma è stato un incubo: ideale per foto Instagram ma non ci tornerei mai più.
Non appena aver fatto il check-in ci rendiamo conto di essere adiacenti a un cantiere vero e proprio dentro al resort in funzione dalle 9.00 alle 17.00. Nessuno ci aveva informati di questo disagio. Ogni mattina ci svegliavamo con odore di benzina delle ruspe e un’invasione di zanzare: il bagno di tutte le stanze è aperto.
Abbiamo avuto in stanza blatte, rane, feci di animali, zanzare, gechi. È stata una lotta continua: andare in bagno significava avere il terrore di essere punti ripetutamente dalle zanzare, anche stare semplicemente in stanza diventava un incubo.
La pulizia è veramente imbarazzante: il pavimento sin dall’arrivo non è mai stato lavato, la tenda sopra il letto era piena di insetti morti, la polvere è dappertutto, il condizionatore era nero e chiaramente mai pulito. Fanno delle pulizie approssimative con delle scope e basta.
I dispenser dei saponi non funzionavano così abbiamo dovuto aprirli e nessuno li ha cambiati.
L’acqua dei rubinetti era talmente ferrosa che ci ha lasciato segni arancioni sulle unghie e sulle ciabatte.
Le lenzuola e le federe erano macchiate.
La porta del bagno non si apriva e chiudeva facilmente: a un certo punto si è bloccata facendoci entrare le zanzare in stanza.
La citronella non veniva ricambiata, lo spray insetticida era finito e nessuno lo sostituiva.
È stato veramente difficile rilassarsi e ci ha rovinato la vacanza, capisco il far notare alcune cose che possono non funzionare ma non si può passare la vacanza a fare l’ispettore. Siamo stati felici di dovercene andare.
Dopo esserci lamentati ci hanno spostato nella villa con piscina privata: stesso identico problema con le zanzare dato che il bagno rimane comunque aperto ed eravamo ancora vicini al cantiere.
La sala colazione non ha l’aria condizionata e solo qualche ventilatore che non supporta tutti i tavoli. Il cibo tuttavia è molto buono e vario.
Il ristorante è ok ma molto costoso.

The property has been beautifully set up with the natural vegetation looking amazing. Easy access to the beach - doesn't matter where you stay inside.

Tolles Resort, um zur Ruhe zu kommen.
Pros:

Das Bungalow mit Blick auf das Meer war wunderschön, ebenso der Park um die Anlage.

Cons:

Rundherum entstehen neue Gebäude. Wir hoffen, dass das Ocean Bay klein, aber fein bleibt.

Très bel hôtel pour se reposer et profiter de la plage avec une jolie vue.
Pros:

L’hôtel est très beau, paisible, avec une très belle plage et un spot magnifique pour observer le coucher de soleil.
Les chambres sont très confortables, propres, grandes, nous avons très bien dormi. Et les salles de bain sont très belles.
Hue et le reste de l’équipe ont été adorables.

Way over priced for Vietnam it’s run down and lacks any sort of attention to detail.

Cons:

We stayed in the ocean view villa. It was very run down, needs updating. Also there are large gaps around the windows from the outdoor bathroom area into the room, so it was always full of mosquitoes. Windows were filthy. Very bad sewage smells coming from toilet in bathroom. The ocean bar and grill restaurant served very ordinary food for a very expensive price. We hired a scooter which was also in a bad condition, the speedometer didn’t even work. Overall I think the whole place is overpriced and is definitely not a five star establishment. Also never met Hue or Mr Ocean but was sent a what’s app message asking us to mention them and give ocean view resort a 10/10 review. So don’t trust any reviews you see on here mentioning those two by name.

Hôtel agréable dans l'ensemble
La grande salle de petit déjeuner est superbe et le petit dej est très bon et varié
piscine très agréable même si la vue ne correspond pas aux photos
personnel très accueillant
l'ambiance jungle avec le style des chambres tout en bois

Cons:

- les photos ne correspondent pas vraiment à la réalité, nous avons trouvé que l'hôtel manque de maintenance, beaucoup d'équipements sont tâchés, cassés, défraîchis, etc. (parasols, chaises longues, moustiquaires, porte de la salle de bain, etc.)
cela vaut aussi pour l'état général des bâtiments dont le bois bien usé est gris (à l'inverse de la couleur des photos presque orange / bois neuf)
- nous avons été déçus par la plage et la "vue" principale depuis l'hôtel
- le restaurant pour déjeuner / diner est très mauvais, nous n'avons jamais aussi mal mangé dans tout le Vietnam
- globalement ce n'est pas le service auquel on s'attendait dans ce type d'hôtel au vu du prix et de la "catégorie" annoncée : pas de serveurs pour commander des boissons autour de la piscine, on doit installer nous-mêmes les coussins sur les chaises longues, le personnel au spa ne parle pas du tout anglais (très compliqué de se faire comprendre)

Fantastic
Pros:

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The resort was beautiful and very well maintained. The beach and the view were lovely. The breakfast had many options and was delicious.
