Pros:

Lokacija je odlična, sobe su čiste, uredne i normalne veličine. Osoblje je iznimno ljubazno i stalno na usluzi. Čitala sam prethodne recenzije o buci, ali ja nisam ništa tako doživjela. Dapače ponovila sam rezervaciju za ovaj hotel jer je moje putovanje počinjalo i završavalo u Hanoiju i željela sam ponovmo odsjesti tu.

Definitely recommend.
Pros:

Everything was perfect. Staff was helpful, breakfast was very tasty. I need to highlight the cleanliness of the bathroom, we are backpacking through Vietnam and haven’t seen such a good condition of the bathroom. Room was clean and comfortable.

Wir würden immer wieder kommen, das bequemste Bett, das wir in Vietnam hatten.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich und sauber. Es war zum Flur etwas hellhörig, den Trubel von draußen hat man jedoch kaum gehört. Die Lage war auch sehr gut, man konnte das meiste zu Fuß machen. Das Personal war auch sehr nett.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war leider etwas lieblos und die Auswahl sehr begrenzt, hier hatten wir uns mehr erhofft.

Nice room with all you need. The staff was very kind and helpful. Good breakfast. The location was great. Close to everything but a bit away from the worst kaos.

Cons:

Thin walls, so you could hear noise from the room next door and the hallway a lot.

Amazing local advice from friendly, knowledgable staff in a clean, well located and maintained property.
Pros:

The staff in this hotel were the real highlight - from top tips to quality housekeeping, nothing was too much trouble. Dixon and Vyvian were fantastic to us - every recommendation for dinner/drinks was spot on, all our tours and transfers were organised without a hitch and they were just so friendly and lovely!

The hotel itself is tucked away down an alleyway which is a beautiful reprieve from the busyness of Hanoi but still close enough to the Old Quarter action when desired!

Truly excellent value for money, would 100% stay again

Great hotel Dixon on the front desk was very helpful got us some breakfast as we checked out early
