Pros:

The staff was extra friendly and helpful. Linda and Vivien did a great job and welcomed us each time we entered. Both spoke very good English. THE Breakfast was wonderful and had a good choices. Anytime again.

Pros:

La cama super cómoda y el hotel cerca de todo pero alejado bastante del ruido. Desayuno rico. Nos guardaron la mochila luego del check out gratuitamente ya que teníamos que hacer tiempo para tomarnos un bus nocturno. Muy lindo todo.

Pros:

特别值得一提的是越式早餐非常好吃！是提前一天点了菜第二天现做的，每天都配有水果和各种喝的。我们把越式早餐所有款式都吃了，都很好吃。还有很多西式早餐选择，不过我们没有吃。
房间也很好，比较安静，设备都不错，卫生间很大，热水很足来很快。在房间能听到社区广播整点的红歌也很有趣。
沟通很顺利，前台工作人员友好热情。
洗衣服服务是收费的，不过价格便宜，会在24小时内洗好叠好交给你。
位置不错，不过外面那条街是汽车限行，要打车的话得走出去。

Pros:

The actual room was amazing and the shower was lovely and spacious.

Cons:

There were bugs downstairs in the restaurant everywhere. the lift was also full of them as well. The location was impossible and hard for taxis.

NIDO DI ZANZARE

L'unica cosa buona della struttura è lo staff molto gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

Una sola parola: ZANZARE.
Sono stati 2 giorni da incubo.
La struttura è un nido di zanzare, non siamo mai riusciti a dormire, ho più di 15 punture addosso. E quando finalmente è arrivato il momento della colazione, siamo scesi nella sala e la situazione era addirittura peggiore che in stanza. Ho chiesto in reception se avessero almeno un repellente e mi hanno detto che non ce l'avevano e di andarlo a comprare perché loro la disinfestazione la fanno solo una volta a settimana.
Insomma, la peggior esperienza fatta in ben 3 settimane stupende in Vietnam!

Excelente atención, cordialidad y prestos a colaborar con los huéspedes. Instalaciones limpias, ordenadas, modernas, cómodas y confortables. Buenas relación precio servicio y calidad.. El desayuno deliciosos y muy local. Nos encantó la ubicación facilidad de llegar del aeropuerto y del. Centro de la ciudad.
