I would recommend to come here again.
Pros:

The cleanliness is beyond good, the place is calm the hotel is relaxing, it’s so clean.

Definitely will come again.


As for services, they provide me with a celebration package for my wife’s birthday and made her so happy.


As for the employees, many thanks to Guest Experience Supervisor Ms. Anwar she was delighted to help regarding the celebration package and made sure i had the best experience, she was quick in responding and she made sure that i get the best hospitality when i was there.

Also for Mr. Saif at the front desk, when i came to do check in he was so quick and made it comfortable. Special thanks to him

نظام بوفية الافطار الموظفين هم من يسكبون الطعام وليس الضيف لكثير من الأصناف وحتى لو كان ذلك لتقليل الهدر فهي ليست سياسة مقبولة لكثير من الضيوف

A poor experience.

The suite is spacious, well designed, and quiet.

Here’s a clear and professional English version:

The hotel is operated in an apartment-style model.
The water was cut off from the morning until my checkout at 1:00 PM.
The valet parking service was unprofessional and resulted in damage to my car key.

The operator does not meet the standards expected to run a property under a strong brand such as Fairmont.

Pros:

Everything but mostly the staff, Renad, in reception, was very helpful and welcoming. I am a regular guest, and she always stands out. Paying intention for the details and always making sure things are up to the expectations.

Cons:

Only one thing, the lighting inside the room, could be better. I need to switch on certain lights, but it's linked with other lights not in a comfy way.
