子連れで足音や声を気にすることなく泊まれたのでよかったです。
Pros:

隣の部屋と壁が離れているので、周りの部屋の音が聞こえず静かでした。

Cons:

お部屋の匂いが気になりました。
空気清浄機はフル稼働したものの匂いは残っていて、マスクをしても匂いが気になってしまいました。

Pros:

the management were incredibly helpful, the free meal was very nice and convenient. there was also laundry but we did not use it.

Cons:

there were a few mosquitos in the parking lot but the staff were using bug spray to remove them

ロケーションを気にされる方は止めた方が良いです！

Great value / and fun
Pros:

Cool idea and includes a frozen dinner with the room night that you can microwave, easy and free parking, close to big shops and local convenience stores on foot or car.
Nice and quiet

Cons:

My room smelled strange / musty and bathroom curtain was smelly ( room 2)
We also had room 1 and it was fine, but right next to smoking area and reception so it could have someone ring doorbell in the night by mistake but this didn't happen.
Washing machine / dryer takes too long to dry and you end up spending too much yen

底冷えするのが悩ましい。
Pros:

チェックインが完結。
部屋の位置がわかりやすい。
駐車場がすぐかつ、ロケーションが自由なので、長尺車が居たら避けたり調整できる。

Cons:

夜中に廊下の歩く音が非常に響く。コンテナホテルだからか、朝方非常に冷え込む。壁紙の補修が雑。(DIYページを見てももう少し綺麗にできるよ。というレベル)、浴室の壁に誰かの髪の毛。
