Pros:

無料でお弁当が付いていたのにはびっくりでした！😊

Cons:

ロケーションを気にされる方は止めた方が良いです！
狭いのは仕方ないですが、割高感が否めないです。

Great value / and fun
Pros:

Cool idea and includes a frozen dinner with the room night that you can microwave, easy and free parking, close to big shops and local convenience stores on foot or car.
Nice and quiet

Cons:

My room smelled strange / musty and bathroom curtain was smelly ( room 2)
We also had room 1 and it was fine, but right next to smoking area and reception so it could have someone ring doorbell in the night by mistake but this didn't happen.
Washing machine / dryer takes too long to dry and you end up spending too much yen

底冷えするのが悩ましい。
Pros:

チェックインが完結。
部屋の位置がわかりやすい。
駐車場がすぐかつ、ロケーションが自由なので、長尺車が居たら避けたり調整できる。

Cons:

夜中に廊下の歩く音が非常に響く。コンテナホテルだからか、朝方非常に冷え込む。壁紙の補修が雑。(DIYページを見てももう少し綺麗にできるよ。というレベル)、浴室の壁に誰かの髪の毛。

新しいし、すごくきれいなホテルでした。ちょっと狭いけど十分でした。
受付の男の方も、とても感じが良く、丁寧に対応していただきました。
また泊まりたいです。

Pros:

出張でよく使わせていただいてます。部屋は清潔で大きなテレビとベッドはもちろん、エアコン、冷蔵庫、電子レンジまであります。近くにコンビニがあるので飲食物など先に買い込んでチェックインするといいです。電源の数も充実してるしコンテナ１戸1戸が独立しているので隣を気にぜず好きな時間にシャワーも浴びられます。
コインランドリーのコンテナが併設されているので、長期滞在や不測の事態にも安心です。
今回も快適に過ごさせていただきました。

朝食も付いていて目の前に車を置ける環境だと何かと便利。部屋も綺麗で静かで落ち着けました。平屋感覚でエレベーターとか必要ないので移動が楽。

Cons:

やっぱり、部屋はコンパクトでゆとりのスペースはなかった点

価格や設備など総合的には満足。
ただ、いすみ市のR9もそうだが蜘蛛が多いのは要改善。
水回りは水流に勢いがあり、お湯の出も良いためシャワーが使いやすい。
