Pros:

There were plenty of gadgets to make our stay very comfortable: oven, dishwasher and washing machine included. The bathroom floor was heated, too.

This is minor, but we couldn't connect to the TV.

Great stay in central city center
Pros:

Great location.
Easy independent checkin and check out (code to type on the door).
Heated floor in the bathroom.
Well furnished.
Kitchen has all necessary tools to cook. Coffee pods, tea and sugar were provided.

Cons:

Stains on the sofa.
The curtains are not really useful in preventing the light from getting in the flat.
The door of the flat vibrates a lot when another tenant enters or leaves their flat and the building.
