Cons:

There was no hot water to the whole weekend d and they did not notify anyone and when i called downstairs to the receptionist area and told them there is no hot water they said it will be fixed soon. Soon was little bit of hot water for about 2-3 mins then the hot water was gone again. Also my shower knob was broken. Brought it up to their attention again and all I got was that’s okay.

This place is a scam and the fact that it's on booking.com at all is insane. I will be reporting.
Pros:

there was nothing to like. This hotel is an absolute scam and stole my money with no remorse or care. If anyone was to like this place it would only be people of the night or those looking for debauchery.

Cons:

Everything, I hated this property from the moment I pulled up to the same night when I gave them my keys. It stunk of piss and cigarettes. The hotel room looked NOTHING like anything you see online and was very unkept. The bathroom was also disgusting.

A stressful check-in and uncomfortable stay, partially saved by the efforts of the staff.
Pros:

This was not the best hotel I have stayed in, but the manager was polite and genuinely tried to help. He made an effort to find a suitable room so we could rest after a long conference day. His attitude was probably the best part of the stay.

Cons:

We checked in around 11 p.m. and within two hours had to change three rooms, each one worse than the previous. The rooms were cold, the air conditioner did not work properly and blew cold air even after the manager adjusted it. The towels were very small, stained, and unpleasant to use. At night only cold water was available; it became warmer by morning. The room phone did not work, and it was impossible to reach the reception even from a mobile phone, so we had to go down repeatedly.

Compared to other places in the area, it was the cheapest and I enjoyed the room

Room was clean, had a working mini fridge and updated washroom. Bed was comfortable
