Frustrating and unfriendly
Pros:

The location is central particularly to the down
town Brooklyn

Cons:

1. The hotel has no reception or any waiting area
2. The staff said checking in was 3.00pm while 2.00pm was stated in the booking. When I arrived at 12.30pm, I was told I will not be checked in until 3.00pm unless I paid additional 75 USD and will not allow me to keep my baggage anywhere in the hotel because no facility for such.
3. The room has no chair or reading table, no electric kettle or any other facility except the bed
4. The carpet in the room is damp and smelling

It felt more like a brothel than a hotel and is definitely not a place for a family vacation.
Pros:

Загалом було чисто в номері, у ванній справна сантехніка та разові миючі засоби. Вікно в номері заклеяне плівкою, через яку було видно лише чи це день чи ніч. Переночувати можна. Очікування були гіршими після коли побачили контингет дівчат на годину, що вели клієнта у номер. Готель забронював випадково, надіюсь такої помилки не повторю ніколи. Проте було пізно і вирішились залишитись, помились, переночували, то й на тому добре.

Cons:

В готелі можна бронювати номери погодинно і це все пояснює. Ми мали два номери, одину підвальному приміщенні там було тихо, поки працівники не прийшли на роботу зранку, але це нормально, без значного шуму. А от другий номер на другому поверсі був дещо із запахом сигарет, шумні сусіди, після звернення на рецепцію стишились, але за деякий час знову ввімкнули музику. Враження не однозначні.
