I am requesting an immediate refund due to an unacceptable experience at your hotel by far the worst I have ever had at any location.
Upon arrival, it took over 10 minutes to check in, as there was no one at the front desk. When the associate finally returned, the check-in process was disorganized and he failed to clearly explain how to get to our room.
Once we entered the room and placed our belongings down, my daughter immediately noticed something on the refrigerator. When I went to check, I found roaches both on the outside and inside of the fridge. This was absolutely disgusting and completely unacceptable.
We reported the issue right away and were offered another room with a king-size bed. Unfortunately, that room was in even worse condition, with a strong, unbearable odor.
There were multiple additional issues throughout our stay, including a malfunctioning elevator that appeared to still be in operation, which is a serious safety concern.
Given these conditions, I am requesting a full and immediate refund. This experience was unacceptable, unsanitary, and unsafe. I strongly urge management to address these issues immediately.

The reception staff was the worst had an attitude everytime i spoke to him. The room was untidy not suitable for a good night sleep with a weird stink all around the room.

De schoonmaakster was wel behulpzaam en regelde een haardroger.
Strijkplank en strijkijzer, zelfde als met de haardroger.
Geen ontbijt aanwezig in het hotel.

El hombre que trabaja en la recepción algunas tardes es antipático, muy maleducado y parece aportar menos al hotel que un jarrón que tienen para sostener unas flores de plástico.

My room. It had to be changed twice. The 1st room floor was wet aga sticky. They changed my room and that room air conditioner didn't work neither did the power plugs.

Although the bed was comfortable, they were no bedbugs. The room was fairly decent and clean, but the pillows were terrible. I left with a neck ache.

Even though they say this is a non-smoking hotel we walked into our room and it smelled like a 90’s poker room. There was even an ashtray on the table of the “non-smoking” room. Cigarette burns in the blanket and the carpeted floor. Sadly we didn’t realize that this hotel is also an hourly rate hotel so take that into account…

The first thing that caught my eye when I opened the window was a used syringe right underneath it.

The room was clean, but you definitely couldn't perform organ transplants in there. There was a lot of old dust in some spots, and I found what looked like a used tissue under the bed.

The room was quite noisy. Luckily, our room wasn't facing the street, but we were right on the first floor and could hear noise from the reception, which was sometimes quite loud even at night. The elevator kept beeping, and other guests were using the microwave in the hallway. If you are sensitive to noise, you should consider earplugs.

We found out upon arrival that the hotel also functions as an "hourly hotel." However, we didn't run into any "shady characters." We stayed during the week, so I’m not sure what it’s like on the weekends.

The room was horrible quality, blankets with hole, burn.

The people in the adjacent room were smoking weed and the smell lingered into our room. The hotel was listed as non smoking. I had my 10 yr old grandson with me, so I was not happy at all about it. The hotel offered to move us to a different room in the basement, but we chose to stay in our room since it was only an overnight stay.
