The place was dusty and I kept sneezing. Also the wall are thin I can hear the people in the next room. Place is nearby to a train station and convience store which was nice. But there was no staff at the front even though it said that there would be one.

大雑把な性格で不親切な設計に慣れてる人にかなり合うホテル

チェックインは受付の方が居ないのでタブレットで1個1個注意して見ながらチェックインしないといけない、パスワードをどう打ち込んで部屋に入るのか迷う。
見落としてるだけかもしれませんが説明が一切なくタブレットでチェックインしなければいけない事や部屋に入るまでの流れやパスワードなどが少し不親切に感じました。

ただ入れば後は普通の質素なホテルという感じで個人的にはかなり良かった。スーパーも近い、ランチが安いネパール料理屋が目の前、巣鴨駅にかなり近くアクセスも良い。
6泊しましたがバスタオルが3枚だけで自分は大雑把な為全然それで大丈夫でしたが手拭き用のタオルも1~2枚あればさらに良かったかな

普通の人からしたら☆2~3ですが個人的には☆4.5くらいです

The only good thing about this hotel is very close to JR station. Just 2 minutes walk.

There is a few steps before entering the hotel. It is so inconvenient for travellers.

The room is messy. The carpet is really dirty. No matter how many days you stay, there is NO cleaning service during the stay. You have to buy your own rubbish bag and throw away by yourself. No towel will be changed. You have to buy toilet paper and face tissue by yourself when they used up. There is no counter that you can ask for help.

Low key area with great dining variety

I haven't seen staff during this stay,
there are no room cleaning services,
no toothbrush or toothpaste provided,
room have tv but nothing can watch.
Wifi signal is poor.
The only benefit is this hotel is nearly JR station.

Overall was very good, there’s a 7/11 almost next door and it’s very close to several food options and the Sugamo station (which takes you directly to Shinjuku/Shibuya among others)

10日間居たがタオルの交換が一切なかった。
歯ブラシも無く。

全体的に不潔。エアコンの電源を入れたらフィルターの清掃をするよう表示が出た。見た目にも汚れており、定期的なメンテナンスがなされていない。

価格表示が明らかに誤解を誘う意図を感じ極めて悪質。
