Lage ist sehr gut.

Cons:

Dusche hat nicht richtig funktioniert, auch die Lüftung im Bad ging nicht. Wenig Sitzpätze im Frühstücksraum.

- die Aussicht von der Hotel Lobby Bar
- die zentrale Lage
- ruhige Zimmer
- spacige Innengestaltung des Hotels

Cons:

- die Nicht- Akzeptanz vom Comdirekt und Diba Kredidkarten
- das Problem ist am Empfang und in der Hotel Lobby Bar bekannt, dennoch wird diesbezüglich nichts unternommen..., doof für die Gäste
- Frühstück gegen 7.00 / 8.00 Uhr okay und entspannt, ab 9.00 Uhr verändert sich das schlagartig, nicht genügend Sitzplätze vorhanden, auch zu wenig Personal, welches das Pensum (Abräumen/ Nachfüllen von Geschirr und Lebensmitteln) bewältigen könnte ( jedenfalls bei unserem Aufenthalt).
- für längere Aufenthalte im Hotel, wäre ein Schrank hilfreich

Pros:

Der Check-In war superfreundlich.
Am Rhein entlang war es ein kurzer Fußweg in die Innenstadt.
Nette Rooftop-Bar.

Cons:

Leider ließen sich im ersten Zimmer die Fenster nicht öffnen und die Klimaanlage konnte das Zimmer nicht ausreichend kühlen, so dass wir das Zimmer gewechselt haben bzw. problemlos wechseln konnten. Im neuen Zimmer ließen sich die Fenster öffnen; der Blick war jedoch in den Innenhof.
Die Kissen sind winzig; das Bett war ein wenig unbequem. Die Farbgebung der Einrichtung ist nicht jedermanns Sache!
Das Frühstück war ok; jedoch nicht besonders (als einzig warme Speise gab es Rührei). Das Personal beim Frühstück war etwas überfordert.
Den Fußweg entlang der Welschnonnenstraße in die Innenstadt ist nicht sehr ansprechend.

Unser Zimmer war im Erdgeschoss, Ausblick gab es dadurch nicht, und so geräumig wie auf dem Bild ist es lange nicht.
