هذه إقامتي الثانية في هذا الفندق وللأسف كانت أسوأ من الأولى. في المرة السابقة واجهت إزعاجاً من موظفي الاستقبال، وهذه المرة تكررت المهزلة بشكل لا يطاق. انطلق إنذار الحريق الساعة 8 مساءً بصوت مستفز لمدة ساعة كاملة، مما أفسد راحتي تماماً وأيقظني من نومي.
ما يثير الغضب هو الكذب الصريح والتناقض: الموظف الأول ادعى أن المشكلة في غرفتي فقط، وعندما طالبت بتغييرها واضطررت للاتصال مرة أخرى بعد 5 دقائق، تغيرت الرواية تماماً ليدعي المدير أن المشكلة "في الفندق كامل"! هذا التضليل المتعمد يثبت عدم احترامهم للنزيل.
التعامل عند المغادرة كان قمة في عدم الاحترافية؛ رفضوا استرجاع المبلغ مقابل هذا الإزعاج، وبدلاً من الاعتذار العملي، حاولوا إغرائي بخصم 50% للإقامة القادمة وكأنني سأعود لمكان يكذب موظفوه عليّ! لم أسترد مالي، ولم أحصل على تقدير، وضاعت ليلتي بسبب سوء إدارتهم. لا أنصح بالسكن فيه نهائياً، ابحثوا عن مكان يحترم عقولكم وأموالكم.

Pros:

Super séjour, le personnel était très à l’écoute et réactif.
Nous avons eu un studio très grand et très propre avec toutes les fonctionnalités décrites dans l’annonce.
Malgré la situation au Bahreïn actuellement , nous n’avons pas pu avoir le buffet petit déjeuner et la carte étaient restreinte mais nous avons eu un très copieux petit déjeuner excellent et un dîner également délicieux !!!
Tout était positif.
Je recommande cet hôtel !!!
