Good= 24/7 front desk. Staff is friendly and kind. Speaks English.
Bad= under renovation= noise and dirt everywhere, doors are paper thin, only sheets and towels, no services, NO ELEVATOR…. Nothing will ever be 1st floor….2,3,4 flights of stair….. you gotta love the smell of cat urine! Good luck with the internet!!!! Tv runs on internet….says cable (not) there’s not to much accurate about the description….. one staff even asked why did your husband order room HERE??? They did offer to refrigerate my insulin! Super near LRT!! the house keeping is almost non existent…. There are 1000s of better places. Overall grade D …. It’s for sleeping not enjoying. Horrible internet connection that they want to CHARGE YOU FOR….!!!! AND I mean a kidney and a first born…..and it’s the exact same internet they offer for free….that is lousy….oh and the sewage leak in the floor above….mixes well with the cat urine smell….
