遅く到着しましたが、非常に丁寧に対応頂き、気持ちよくチェックインできました。朝食も美味しく、短い時間の滞在でしたが、満足な滞在となり、またリピートしたいです。

最寄り駅からは15分くらい歩くのかな？
近くにはマック、ファミレス、焼肉屋？があります食べるとこは車ならけっこうあるから便利ですよ
部屋もきれいだし
大浴場もあります
ロビーには時間限定だけどコヒーサービスあり

大浴場はいいのですが、下に降りたときに番号を部屋に置いてきてしまって、また部屋に戻ったりしたことがあるので、ちょっと面倒くさい。大浴場は良かった

Pros:

The room was very clean and there was no noise from the people in the other rooms.
Breakfast buffet was fine and the staff were very helpful.
I’ll definitely be rebooking in the future.

国道16号線と、埼玉(野田市・越谷市)と茨城(常総市・板東市)両方向に伸びる道の交差点に位置しているため、”車による”交通の利便性良好であり、にもかかわらず道路の騒音は全く感じませんでした。比較的新しいせいかホテル内は清潔で朝食も美味しく、ストレスなく滞在できました。

予約の際に確認していなかったこちらが悪いのですが、全く喫煙していないので、タバコの匂いが気になり眠れなかったです。昨年、6月に母と利用していたのですが、今回初めての利用ですか？と聞かれたのは少し不愉快に感じた。日本のホテルは優秀でホスタピリティに優れていると聞きいていたので、過去に利用されていれば、昨年はご利用ありがとうございました。お母様はお元気ですかと　もし、言われたらそこまで気を配ることに感激すると思います。

Pros:

初めて出張で泊まりました。
入りやすい駐車場で止めやすく便利でした。
毎日朝晩、大浴槽に入って、コインを頂いたのでドリンクを無料で飲むことが出来ました。
夜間クーラーの音がうるさかったのは少し残念ですが、他は良かったです。また、泊まります。
