We travel a lot but I can definitely confirm that this was the worsttt worst stay ever! Unfriendly staff, construction around the hotel, also we wanted to check out earlier than our end date, Expedia emailed them and the hotel staff told me to explain my personal life as a reason why we are leaving early and their behavior was so unprofessional that the Expedia representative apologized from me! Horrible stay! DO NOT EVER BOOK THIS HOTEL. THINK TWICE PLEASE

I was clearly holding a suitcase, yet the staff member standing right next to the door did absolutely nothing—just stood there and watched without even trying to help. It was rude, disrespectful, and left me feeling completely disgusted. I will never come back here again.

This is the worst hotel in Pattaya I had ever been in my 19 years of travel experience to Pattaya. Entire hotel staff is arrogant including the manager Mr. John. Entire hotel Air Conditioned is off due to less room sold. No breakfast to be served due to less rooms been sold. They charge 300 Batt in cash you loose the normal plastic room key card.

Pros:

Very functional hotel by the beach. Wifi works well, short walk to the main roads and pool area is nice. The breakfast is quite basic but enough. This is very big and fancy hotel so if you are looking for something small and cosy, this is not for you.

ロケーション最高！景色最高！
Pros:

連れと１泊しました。パタヤには何度も来てますが、当たりのホテルでした。
以下の2点が最高に良かった！！

①ロケーション；
ほぼビーチの目の前というロケーションで、またパタヤビーチの丁度南北の真ん中に位置し、どこへ行くにもアクセスし易かった（Pattaya Walking Streetまでビーチ沿いを歩いて10分ほど）！ もちろんホテル周りにはレストラン、バー、マッサージ屋など何でも揃ってました。

②部屋からの景色；
海の見える部屋をとったところこれが大正解。バルコニーからの海に沈む夕日やまた違った朝方の海景色はとっても良かった！


ロビーもなかなかゴージャスでこのチープな感じは待ったせず、ちょい高級ホテル感を味わえたのは良かった。
またパタヤに来たら泊まりたいと思います

Over Priced run down hotel
Pros:

Don’t know where this hotel is getting the 8+ reviews out of 10 from.Its old it’s run down it’s overpriced at £52 per night.The lifts are extremely slow and boiling hot.The balcony is usless tiny with a large noisy fan on it.The rooms are dirty (there was a cockroach in ours and that was on the 5th floor.Bathroom nightmare everytime you have shower it floods the full bathroom floor.
STAY AWAY.
Lot better hotels in Pattaya for this kind of money.
