Terrible experience — zero accountability.
Cons:

Housekeeping was consistently neglected throughout our stay; we had to request room cleaning every day, and even after leaving at 8am, the room still hadn't been cleaned by 4pm. Toiletries like shampoo and shower gel were never restocked. To make matters worse, a pair of sneakers I left by the pool area went missing — the front desk staff showed zero empathy and made no effort to help. I emailed the General Manager (Kerman Sykes), who was off-property, and he didn't even bother to reply. Breakfast was basic and the staff were visibly unwilling to attend to any requests. This hotel lacks the most basic standards of service and accountability.

Pros:

All in all, the stay was pleasant. If I travel to Houston again, I will book at this hotel.
Pros:

Breakfast was great each morning. The food was fresh and there was a variety of choices.

Cons:

I believe I booked a room that was handicap accessible. When I arrived, there were no handicap rooms available.

A good experience for a last minute stay.
Pros:

The suite was a great size and very clean when I arrived. I am normally a Marriott person (habit more than anything) but this is my second Hilton experience recently that has left me pleasantly surprised.

Pros:

Did not eat breakfast this last visit, but have had it many times, always excellent. Also did not ride the shuttle but usually do, always great service, love the two (2) drivers.

Cons:

Wish it were a little cheaper.

Pros:

Sistema leva e traz para os hospitais excelente. Pessoas amáveis e cuidadosas.

Cons:

Limpeza! Não tem camareira que arrume os quartos, nem pedindo na recepção. Meu ar condicionado estava quebrado e ninguém foi arrumar, mesmo pedindo na recepção.
