It would have been better if staff were friendly
Pros:

Room was great

Cons:

The staff were not friendly, considering they are in customer service positions. Breakfast was very bare minimum. Coffee station was empty.

Clean, good gym, good location, friendly staff, good breakfast.
Pros:

I was visiting for my nephew's high school graduation. The hotel is super close to my brother's house, and it was so clean. I also loved having a gym open 24 hours. The breakfast was a notch above the usual breakfasts at this level of hotel. Fantastic! Thank you!

Cons:

At the price point, I really can't think of anything to improve.

Stayed while playing golf with son who is a Junior at VT. Close to everything, very clean.
Pros:

Great location. Walk to restaurants and shops. Short drive to campus and downtown Blacksburg. Room was very clean and roomy with full refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. Bathroom was clean and shower had great water pressure.

Cons:

Room didn't have regular coffee pods. Very minor. Staff were accomodating when asking for pods at the front desk.
