Good overall. Tried checking in couple hours early and was told couldn’t! Most every hotel I’ve ever stayed at you could check in couple hours early. Just saying!

The pictures online didnt do this place justice. Very clean, beautiful and comfortable. Very friendly staff. The breakfast was amazing too! Overall i was very satisfied.

I rarely do reviews and if I do I normally will give a 4-5 star if they accommodated without any issues. Got there at 4:30pm to check in. Room was not clean (suppose to be ready at 3pm). Went your event and came back at 10pm. They have given out all the rooms and had none available. Very rude customer service. I would advise anyone trying to stay here to look elsewhere!!!

This is a dog friendly property.I didn't see it or I missed it during my selection process, but it definitely smelled like it. We had to request a change of rooms because of the smell but the young lady at the the front desk was very accommodating.
The breakfast was mediocre as best. I will not re-book this Hotel again.

I would like to bring to your attention some concerns regarding the customer service at your property. Staff should be better trained on how to approach and handle guests, as my recent stay was affected by multiple issues.

When I arrived at the facility, I was greeted by the counter technician. She issued me one room key. Since there were four people in my party, I politely asked for an additional key. Her response was that she could not provide one because she had a limited number of keys and still needed to check in other customers. With all due respect, this should not be my issue as a guest.

The second incident occurred when we requested towels from a housekeeper on our floor. Instead of assisting, she was rude and told me to go downstairs to the front desk and ask for them myself.

This is the second time I have stayed at this property and encountered service-related problems. I am disappointed, as these experiences do not reflect the level of hospitality I would expect. I hope steps will be taken to improve customer service and ensure better treatment of guests in the future

The hotel was clean and easily accessible from the highway. The only issues I had were broken towel rack and toilet paper holder in the bathroom. They also forgot to refill the shampoo bottles before I arrived.

Most comfortable Stay!
Pros:

Clean, comfortable and clean. I love how this Hampton Inn didn’t have so many rooms. It made it feel like we were in our own apartment instead of a hotel room. Breakfast was so, so but that’s at any hotel. At night it was so quiet we slept like babies and the beds were very comfortable. A+ in our book.
