房間格局的設計很好，使得空間很大，有個小客廳的空間可以觀景、放鬆，另一人可以同時做瑜伽，浴室稍微小了一點但是可接受，備品是採用DHC，大廳提供卸妝油、洗面乳、化妝水供客人自行取用，飯店距離車站很近又不會吵，附近有便利商店、超市、可免稅的藥妝店，還有鳥貴族、居酒屋等等，真的是很棒

Cons:

因為房間剛好在house keeping 備品房旁邊，員工早上講話很大聲，她們房間門沒關，所以講話聲在我房間都聽得到，這點請飯店方注意一下，謝謝

I was happy to choose the hotel. I can recommend the hotel to my friends.
Pros:

location is really good, and also really kind email which I recieved about Nippori Station's exit. I had big laggages with two kids, so the exit information was really helpful. All staffs are really kind and helpful. We could check in even if we arrived there earlier than the check in time. The room is bigger than I expected. The Hotel is great!

Cons:

Nothing to complain. Maybe the bathroom smells a bit dumped, but didn't bother at all.

Ok but there could deffinently be improvments
Pros:

The hotel was nice. Good location.

Cons:

Some of the reception staff, demanded a fee to get a new keycard after I missplaced mine. Never been asked this before and I travel half the year for work. What was even worse was that they printer a sticker with my room number on the keycards. The keycards has the address of the hotel. If someone finds the key with the room number on it they can go straight in and take my valuables, this is an extreme safety consern. And should he stopped immediatly.

I put a room service card on the door was out all day, came back and the only changed the garbage. And left everything else in a mess.

Great location, nice staff, clean and reasonably sized rooms. Recommended.
Pros:

Very close to Nippori Station which makes trains very accessible. Direct link to both airports. The room was reasonably sized and equipped. Breakfast buffet was ok with reasonable choice but light on fruit and cereals. Staff very friendly.

Cons:

Rooms should have smart TVs in 2026! No English speaking channels available and could.t obviously log in to Netflix or other apps.
