Convenient location with big comfortable room
Pros:

This is second time we stayed this hotel. Perfect first few days stay in Tokyo there is direct Skyliner train from Narita. Nippori is also convenient station on Yamanote line. Few station away from Tokyo station if you need to catch bullet train. The room is a lot bigger and comfortable than any typical business hotels in Tokyo area and it is a lot cheaper compared to hotel rooms around Tokyo station. Highly recommend

Comfortable, excellent vlalue, convenient location
Pros:

Excellent value, good breakfast, very handy for the Skyliner and Yamanote line. There's plenty of eating choice in the nearby local restaurants.

Pros:

Staff were nice and helpful. The breakfast was buffet-style with some variations on certain days. The hotel is in close proximity to the Nippori Station, making it easy to transfer to Narita Airport (if using Skyliner), other Keisei lines and JR lines (Yamanote, Keihin-Tohoku, Joban). There are plenty of convenience stores around as well as eateries so you’re spoiled for choices! I found the bed very comfortable and the pillows soft, so I had a nice sleep!

Cons:

Unfortunately, I have to be honest about the poor sound insulation. On the first night, there were children screaming, laughing and running out in the corridor that you can hear loudly, leading to disturbed sleep. There was also a couple arguing and slamming the doors loudly at night. I could hear every conversation from neighbouring rooms. There was also a cockroach in the bathroom and moulds on the wall. Aside from these, it was a pleasant stay.
