Pros:

From the very first moments, we were welcomed by wonderful people whose kindness and warm smiles made me feel truly welcome right away. You can feel the atmosphere of this place from the very beginning – natural warmth, openness, and genuine hospitality.

Our room was beautiful and spotless. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious, and the light shows were a stunning spectacle to watch.

P.S. They even remembered my birthday 🥹 (it was my birthday vacation!). Thanks to the manager and the wonderful hotel staff, my birthday felt even more special.

I had a fantastic stay at Lumen Hotel in Lisbon. From check-in to check-out, every member of the staff was genuinely kind, welcoming, and very professional. You can tell they take pride in doing their job well and making guests feel comfortable.

A special thank you to Daniela, who helped me a lot during my stay and made me feel truly welcomed. Her warmth, attention, and support really stood out and made my experience even better.

The hotel itself is beautifully designed, modern, neat, and thoughtfully laid out, with a really pleasant atmosphere throughout. I was also very impressed by the cleanliness. The room and all shared areas were spotless, and housekeeping standards felt consistently high.

Overall, a wonderful hotel with excellent service. I would happily stay here again and strongly recommend it to anyone visiting Lisbon.

Comfortable, pleasant stay
Pros:

Hotel was very nice, friendly and accommodating staff. Only stayed for one night and left extremely early for a flight so I can't speak on the breakfast, although we were offered free breakfast.

Cons:

The location is not central, although of course knew this when booking.

Overall, a great hotel that I would definitely recommend.
Pros:

I had a really great stay at the Lumen Hotel. I was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to one of their best rooms. The room was beautiful, spacious, very clean, and extremely quiet. The room had a large balcony and the bed was comfortable. On arrival, there was fresh fruit and cookies waiting in the room, which made for a very warm welcome. The staff overall were very friendly and welcoming.

The location is excellent: within walking distance of Avenida da Liberdade and neighborhoods like Bairro Alto, Príncipe Real, and Alfama (do bring good walking shoes). At the same time, the immediate area is relatively quiet and more business-oriented. I regret not visiting in summer, as the rooftop terrace with pool looked great.

Cons:

The only downside was breakfast. The smell of fried food in the breakfast area was very strong. It gave me a headache, made my clean clothes smell for the rest of the day. I politely asked if I could be seated somewhere else, but unfortunately the waiter was dismissive and a bit rude. I ended up not finishing my breakfast. That was a pity and the only negative experience during an otherwise excellent stay.
