Really enjoyable
Pros:

Lighting and atmosphere, were offered free breakfast for both days, pool was amazing

Cons:

They were filming a shoot in the hotel at morning time as people were trying to check out.,they were delaying check outs. People coming down in the lifts were totally unaware filing was happening.

Sehr gutes Hotel mit kleinen Schwächen im Service und Badezimmer
Pros:

Wir hatten insgesamt einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat uns bei Fragen immer gute Auskünfte gegeben. Das Frühstücksbuffet war abwechslungsreich und gut, besonders positiv sind uns auch hier die netten und aufmerksamen Mitarbeiter aufgefallen. Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr praktisch – von hier aus konnten wir alles gut erreichen.
Auch die abendliche Lightshow im Hotel hat uns gut gefallen und ist eine nette Besonderheit.

Cons:

Enttäuscht waren wir lediglich vom Service an der Rooftop-Bar. Der Barkeeper konnte uns kein Eis für die Getränke besorgen und wollte bereits gekaufte, noch ungeöffnete Getränke auch nicht kurz im Kühlschrank lagern. Als Begründung hieß es, seine Ablösung würde gleich kommen – diese kam allerdings nicht. Das passte für uns nicht zum ansonsten wirklich guten und hilfsbereiten Service des Hotels.
Im Badezimmer wären außerdem ein paar kleine Wartungsarbeiten sinnvoll. Die Dichtung an der Duschtür könnte erneuert werden und auch der Abfluss in der Dusche sollte gründlicher gereinigt werden.

Insgesamt trotzdem ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel, in dem wir uns wohlgefühlt haben.

Fantastisch!!
Pros:

Alles. De kamer, het ontbijt. De gastvrijheid en service van het personeel. Gratis parkeren. En natuurlijk the light show. Alles klopte.
