Amazing stay at Lisbon Lumen
Pros:

Pretty well everything.
Friendly staff. We were upgraded to the executive floor. They brought us some fresh fruit on 1st day and some treats the other days.
We had an evening dinner at the hotel with a 30% discount. We ordered the Osso Buco. It was amazing. Note that it was not what I would have expected as an Osso Buco but with their own twist.

Cons:

Absolutely nothing negative to say.

Really wonderful. Location is brilliant, staff were fantastic and facilities were really good.
Pros:

The staff were amazing, so attentive, nothing was any problem. They were all really professional but also absolutely lovely. The facilities were really clean and well resourced.

Cons:

The gym was a bit sparse but that is being picky.

Service-oriented hotel with a few fun extras
Pros:

Staying at this hotel was a seamless experience and to my mind, a good value. All of my interactions with the staff were entirely positive from the front desk people who checked me in to the staff at the small bar and the people who delivered room service every day. The amenities were great. There’s a small pool on the roof and it’s a nice place to just sit and admire the view. I got the wines by the glass at the bar and I thought the price was extremely reasonable and the space comfortable and accommodating. My room was reasonably sized. I appreciated the small iPad that allowed you to carry out routine functions such as ordering room service with ease. The light show was not exactly what I was expecting. I was thinking something like a 70s rock show (😂😂) but it was more like a projection of artistic moving images. Much to my surprise, I thoroughly enjoyed it! I have a room that overlooks the courtyard where the light show occurs but you can see it best by going downstairs to the courtyard itself. In the future, I would actually request a room that does not overlook the courtyard because if you have a courtyard room, you can definitely hear the music and chatter from any special events they have in the courtyard. I’m a walker and for me this hotel was slightly off the beaten path but I still got myself everywhere I wanted to go on foot. I would return to this hotel in the future.

Very expensive bar,very good breakfast.However loud moronic music for corporate event.Then the 10.00 light show which is good.Manager should be sacked,stupid considering people flying out next day.Go elsewhere, Mickey Mouse management
