Excellent stay-highly recommend for beauty and comfort
Pros:

The staff were exceptional. Everyone went well beyond basics. They delivered waters to our room, offered blankets for the light show. Our double room was perfect for traveling with our adult daughter and her husband. The pool area was great. Light show was very unique. I would highly recommend Lumen hotel to anyone!

A very cutting-edge hotel that was welcomed after a long day!
Pros:

The location was perfect for an early flight out of LIS the next morning. Staff was friendly on check-in. The room was very modern and spacious with state-of-the-art features and amenities.

Cons:

Everything during my stay was great!

Family of 4 had a great time for a week. Family friendly hotel
Pros:

An amazing stay. We were here for a week with our 2 young girls and the staff couldnt have been friendlier or more complimemtary/accomodating for our kids.

We were here for a dance event and what is normally a quiet pool/roof top terrace was over crowded for a few days with a lot of of children. I witnessed the staff requesting some.of the other kids to tone it down a little bit but this is not because this is not a family hotel but because there was a lot of rowdiness which they probably do not usually experiene and was out od courtesy to other guests.

The staff were so politce, asking my kids for their autographs and bringing them little sweets/toys randomly.

5 star service from the staff here

Cons:

There isnt much in terms of shops/bars restaurants round about us but it is only 8 euros in a uber to main area

Pros:

Genuinely friendly staff. Location is great. Comfortable beds, AC not too loud. Large bathroom.

Cons:

The hotel kitchen could use a better chef. Its hotel food quality but with the rest being so on point it would be imaginable it was slightly better but then I’m being really critical. All and all this is great hotel and would stay again for sure
