Ein sehr schönes Hotel
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die Zimmer waren groß und modern.

I liked your coffee-serving staff at breakfast, but no, I won't be staying again.
Pros:

The location is good, it's close to everywhere.

Cons:

1.The breakfast was monotonous.
2. Some of the breakfast staff were very friendly, but others didn't speak good English and sometimes forgot our pre-ordered drinks.
3. The sink faucet in the bathroom wasn't labeled for hot or cold water. Also, the shower faucet was installed backward — turning on cold gave hot water, and vice versa. Adjusting the water temperature was very difficult; it was either too cold or scalding hot.
4. There was actually a birthday party going on at night. I started calling the front desk at 11:00 PM, but until 12:30 AM, it was still extremely noisy downstairs. The room's window had very poor soundproofing — I could hear everything. This was completely unacceptable.

There was no iron in the room. When asked at reception for an iron they gave me a steamer which didn’t really work.

huone oli suuri ja sänky ihanan leveä. hyvät tyynyt ja peitot. huone oli todella hiljainen, joten sai rauhassa nukuttua. huoneesta löytyy myös itsesäädettävä ilmastointi, joten sai mieluisan lämpötilan huoneeseen. hotelli sijaitsi rauhallisella alueella, josta oli helppo kulkea bussilla tai metrolla joka suuntaan.

Lovely hotel with exceptional people!
Pros:

Absolutely beautiful, low key hotel with comfortable, spacious rooms and nice common areas. The staff in general was exceptional! Daniel at the front desk went out of his way to be kind and helpful.

Cons:

The breakfast wasn’t on par with the rest of the hotel. It could use more options and service could be improved a bit by asking customers for their drink orders when seating and keeping dishes hot and filled through the end of service.

Worth it if your budget is mid to high range
Pros:

A modern clean hotel. The staff were efficient, eager to attend to your needs and very welcoming. The rooms were decent, the standard doubles were roomy and the beds large and comfortable. It is a very close 3 minute walk to the nearest metro station. The breakfast was decent but don't expect anything unique, no Portuguese dishes that I could find.

Cons:

The rooms although spacious could do with a bit of a spruce up. A little used and scruffy in some areas of the room. The bathroom was pleasant, but decorated in a bit of a rush, with gaps in sealant around the walk in shower. The sink in our room was draining very slowly, with a foul odour coming up. The toilet flush worked 50% of the time. The hallway, although it is only April, was like a sauna but luckily the room AC was decent so heat from the hallway did not spillover into the rooms.

I would highly recommend the Lumen Hotel. Staff, room, food, light show were great!
Pros:

The room was very nice and clean. The light show was fun. We watched it from our window in the room. The best part was the staff at the desk. They were very nice, friendly and helpful. They were really exceptional! We very much appreciated them. The break was very good and had anything you would ever want to eat and more!

Pros:

Staff cordialissimo. Posizione buona, vicino alla stazione della metro Picoas e a diverse fermate di bus. Ottima anche la colazione e il ristorante. Stanze meravigliose e spettacolo di luci molto suggestivo. Consigliatissimo.

Maravilhosa! Excelente custo benefício e uma das melhores experiências em Lisboa
Pros:

Cama maravilhosa, a melhor que já dormi! Espaçosa, confortável. Atendimento espetacular (recepção e garçons). O restaurante Clorofila também é uma delícia. Café da manhã bom, com opções diversas. Localização próxima ao metrô. Hotel silencioso, limpo, sem aquela sensação de “ensebado” comum a diversos hotéis. Recepção atenciosa, disponíveis para ajudar. Bons amenities. Atendimento excelente, especialmente Rubem e Bernardo (restaurante). Tivemos cortesias e achamos um excelente custo benefício. Super recomendo! Tem máquina de água e gelo no andar e águas no quarto.
