The breakfast started at 8am which is too late for most people. Maybe they save money doing this. Also the breakfast was very poor, bare minimum of selection. If I were the hotel I’d eliminate the breakfast and charge a little less. The hotel, even though relatively new, was looking a bit worn. Many marks and dings on the corridor walls and elevators lobbies. I’d also say the two gals that were sharing reception duties weren’t the most engaging or friendly which is disappointing. No staff on duty from 9pm to 8am which is kinda of interesting for a hotel. Finally, sorry, but the bedding did not fit properly resulting in two nights of restless sleep.

Male Staff upon arrival did not communicate well, seemed to be taking instructions from someone on the phone and gave incorrect information about breakfast times and other details

However female staff the following morning was wonderful

Breakfast hours are awful and don’t start on time, low staffing and none available when needed

We attended a wedding so arrived late for our check-in. Doors were locked. Contact information was posted at the entrance. We attempted to contact the property’s phone/contact information several times in order to check-in. I also left messages. There was no answer to our phone calls and our messages were never returned. We were never able to check into our pre-paid room. My credit card payment needs to be refunded in full.

Breakfast is too late in the morning. It doesn't start until 9 am. We get up early and had to buy breakfast somewhere else.

They offer breakfast but not until 9 am?

They never replied to my message on the booking about early check in. We did end up being able to check in a little over an hour early but the housekeeping was rushed. Not even a snack machine in the place. Breakfast on their website says 7-9am, sign on the door (we saw when we went down for breakfast at 8) said 9-10, after I called we finally had something you could call food from about 9:20-10. It was hard to even find sugar for the coffee and I'm glad I bring my own pods. They could not provide me with a sufficient receipt for my stay. No one is on site 7pm-9am. You use your key to enter after that and it would be very easy for someone to sneak in behind. The smoking area is set up in an area that would technically be illegal as its too close to the doors and air in take, I am a smoker and this makes me look bad. The bathroom mirror fogged up except for a small camera size spot, everytime even after wiping down.

The hotel room didn't get dark enough even with the curtain closed

Signs put up with tape stating that one fire escape staircase was closed for remodeling.
Breakfast was limited time 8-10 on weekends and 9-9:30 during the week. On Saturday at 9, we came down for breakfast. There were no eggs, one bagel left, and some stale bread. There wasn’t any coffee as well. I informed the front desk of the problem. Coffee was made and some hard cooked eggs were put out. The eggs were green (sign of old) and rubbery.

Nobody was present.

I was sad the hot tub was closed.

Staff was hard to understand and then left at 7 pm with no services. TV didn't work, bed uncomfortable , lukewarm shower, breakfast served 9 to 10 only and very small. Took 30 minutes to check in with a reservation.
