Old and run down. The toilet was loose and wobbly… Felt like it was going to collapse and ran off and on all night. Needs upgrades. Blinds were old and coming apart. No glasses in the kitchen, three old cracked coffee cups.
Tiny room, dirty, terrible lighting
Nice pool with cabanas. Staff provided ice personally to us due to ice machines being broken down. It was a very HOT weekend in the 100's and ice was very much needed.
Room was a good size but needs massive upgrades. Basic things like hair dryers, tissues and soap were missing. Bathroom vanity had burn stains and chips on counter, bathroom light fixture was very old and half the bulbs were burnt out of didn't match. Only 2 towels were given and were very poor thin quality. Kitchenette area was missing basics and overall the whole place just needs massive renovations and TLC to make it ALOT better. Great location though!

Property unable to successfully send emails to either an apple or yahoo address, regular or spam folder. Perhaps Float's emails are mistakenly blocked by commercial spam filters. This makes checkin impossible because the check in method communicates exclusively by email.
No water glass in room.

The property is too old. The WI-FI hardly worked in the room.
The staff were great, kind and nice. The room was good.
Generally, the building is old, and the shower water wasn’t draining properly while using it. The towels weren't enough. And the AC was very loud during the night i couldn't sleep well with the noise.

The tub was plugged, the toilet ran,the bathroom was clearly water damaged, the bed was too small, the air conditioner was way too loud, the door was broken off the bedroom, the wall furnace cover was just leaning against it, It was poorly kept up.
Close to a walking path where I walked every morning and night. Microwave and fridge.
Dirty, dingy, uncomfortable, small room. Shower smelled funky, no shampoo, body wash was mostly water mixed in, really gross. Got body wash the second day but felt like hand wash, awful smell too. WiFi didn’t work the whole time, it would disconnect constantly, wasn’t able to get any work done. No staff on site besides cleaners. Got 2 small, mildewed toweled. When I needed more a night I came home from work I was told no staff on site but would get them in the morning. No sound insulation, heard my neighbors the entire time.
Great location, nice pool, has a passable kitchen with minimal items in it, once you understand it’s nice to be able to check in and have codes to get in and it can be any time.
I was not aware when I registered that I would need to send a picture of myself with license and a picture of my credit card felt a little like a scam. But that is their process. Understood once I arrived and there is no staffed office.
They missed allergy to down In my registration comments, arrived and realized the room had down pillows. I am very allergic. I managed to use translators to talk through replacing bedding and they were apologetic.
The walls are paper thin and could almost make out the conversation and participate with the people talking in the next room until 3am 5am my time zone.
WiFi was so weak almost impossible to work productively remotely, when presenting with weak signal dropped from calls and dropped completely for several hours in the middle of the work day. With no staff on hand no one to reset.
I picked up my work bag I left on the floor and found a dead cockroach. I have NEVER been exposed to cockroaches. Lesson learned never leave bags on the ground for roaches or other bugs. Was very concerned to take roaches to my friends house where I was going next. After I brought this up with the staff never got a response…
The location, layout and outdoor space. This place has so much potential but the owners do literally NOTHING to maintain it. The cleaning staff was friendly and did their best to keep the place clean.
The unit was TERRIBLE. No maintenance. Kitchen had very few intensives, plates, cups. Missing cabinet doors. Broken blinds. Beds sunk in the middle. Pictures fallen off walls.
Outside is adorable but run down.
The pictures doesn't much with real condition of hotel. Everything is broken.

It was in a residential area. Our GPS took us there, we were literally in front of the building and could not identify it as a motel. It was not walking distance from any other business, no restaurants, no stores, nothing. It was dark when we arrived after driving all day, there were no people, no street lights, just a porch light on a single story building sandwiched in between other modest homes. The virtual registration was creepy. It felt like I was setting up my own prison placard holding up my credit card taking a selfie. Th person that answered the phone was off site, and had no ability to answer our questions or refer us to someone that could help us, just a Spanish speaking mom at home taking care of her children. I sent an email to Booking.com at the time and have not yet received a response.
I liked that it had a 24 hr pool. I loved the property it was just beautiful. The fish pond was cool.
I did not like how the heater didn’t not work and every night we froze. I especially did not like the price I paid with a discount for the super super old outdated room. For the price I paid for 3 nights I should have more to say about it
