It was in a residential area. Our GPS took us there, we were literally in front of the building and could not identify it as a motel. It was not walking distance from any other business, no restaurants, no stores, nothing. It was dark when we arrived after driving all day, there were no people, no street lights, just a porch light on a single story building sandwiched in between other modest homes. The virtual registration was creepy. It felt like I was setting up my own prison placard holding up my credit card taking a selfie. Th person that answered the phone was off site, and had no ability to answer our questions or refer us to someone that could help us, just a Spanish speaking mom at home taking care of her children. I sent an email to Booking.com at the time and have not yet received a response.
The room seemed clean, which was the only reason we didn’t leave immediately.
The check in process was remote and required a selfie with my ID as well as a picture of my credit card, which felt sketchy. There were no staff on site. Signage for the property was minimal and it was difficult to tell if we were parked in an ok spot. The property itself was decrepit and smelled musty. There were standing pools of fetid water. One other guest was in the main area and let someone else in briefly, which made it feel insecure/shady. Didn’t even try the pool or hot tub because the property felt so ill maintained. The room smelled musty and was in poor repair. In the morning I skipped a shower because there was a giant cockroach in the stall. Overall, any one of the above factors could get a pass but it just had the general sense of no one bothering to upkeep the property, and I felt ripped off by paying even the low (~$100) price to stay. But hey, as my husband said: you get what you pay for. Lesson learned.
I liked that it had a 24 hr pool. I loved the property it was just beautiful. The fish pond was cool.
I did not like how the heater didn’t not work and every night we froze. I especially did not like the price I paid with a discount for the super super old outdated room. For the price I paid for 3 nights I should have more to say about it

I really enjoyed the privacy of it and how quiet it was. The room was really large. I like that little kitchen was super comfortable. It was cold when we went so we didn’t really get to enjoy the outside but plan on going back.
The Wi-Fi for the cable and the TV in the room did not work at all. We could not connect. They got a new fire TV and it was not working at all. Just a couple of things mainly cosmetic. The blinds in the kitchen were broken, and the thermostat for the heater was difficult to understand and falling off

It’s a completely run down ghost ship. Rooms have no heat. The desert is cold at night in the winter! Towels looked like they were 20 years old and stained. Not enough provided for 2 people. Jacuzzi looked like a cess pool. No one would go in this. Patio area was neglected, run down and dirty.

La bañera se tapaba, las puertas de muebles de cocina se caÃan solas. No habÃan toallas, no funcionaba la máquina de hielo, no se podÃan cerrar algunas cortinas. No habÃa donde calentar agua. La mesa de billar estaba en malas condiciones y no se pudo ocupar. El cual fue una de las razones por las cuales rentamos ese hotel . HabÃan dos tazas para tomar té y una estaba quebrada.
The staff were very nice.
They 1st room they put us is had this very bad smell in there. It was so bad it made our head hurt. It looks nothing like the picture. The pool table is broke. It just looks crazy. I don’t like the fact that ppl also live there.
The TV in r room didn't work so they upgraded us to another room with a small TV which took them awhile n that TV was missing internet.and I also ordered towels which took them over an hour to bring us some.
The pool is nice
Bed was actually comfortable.
The bathroom, especially the shower was pretty beat up. Bath towels were ancient and somewhat discolored from bleach or something. It was pretty atrocious.

I stayed in room 9 and the people in room 10 where very weird they said they can hear me and my girlfriend talk and when we did they would complain they can hear us every 5min be in mind it was barley 6:30pm and when we tried have US time they would knock on our door and complain they could hear when we weren’t trying to be loud. Totally mess the mood and night up smh

Room was supposed to be upgraded due to booking error. Room was not upgraded. Was almost sent to a different hotel by staff. Room wasn't ready when we got there. No towels. Bad communication.
