Breakfast - best omelette ever! Very quiet in the bedrooms.
Pool area small and very shady - no real interior lounge area but roof top bar was excellent!

El socorrista de la piscina es la persona con menos ganas de trabajar y antipático que he visto en mucho tiempo. Mal servicio y sin ganas.
Ótima localização, fica perto de duas linhas de metrô que levam ao centro da cidade, além do parque do retiro que dá para ir andando. Muito bom o café da manhã, limpeza, instalações, funcionários.
A piscina só abre às 10h30, mesmo no verão. É um horário muito tarde para quem gostaria de aproveitar antes de sair.

The bed was so comfy and the bathroom was so clean the stuff was so helpful and polite
Snídaně byla výborná, pokoje pohodlné, na večeři se dalo zajít na střechu hotelu, kde je nádherný výhled. Hotel je poblíž galerií Prado a Reina Sofia, střed města je dostupný pěšky. Hotelový bazén je venku ve vnitrobloku, má slanou vodu a dopoledne se na lehátkách dalo příjemně slunit.
The food, clean, staff
The room i got.. the was a Wall column in the room so only 1 person can see the TV!! And thats was the weirdest room ever
L'hôtel est propre, la chambre spacieuse et confortable. La piscine est agréable et nous étions en moyenne à une 20 aine de minutes à pieds des différents points d'intérêt. La proximité avec la gare a ete décisive dans le choix et nous ne l'avons pas regretté.
O hotel era muito bom em geral. Camas confortáveis, limpeza boa, ótima localização.
Esperava uma experiência diferente de um Hard Rock Hotel. No fundo era apenas um hotel, com alguma qualidade e alguns elementos Hard Rock - alguns artigos de cantores e bandas e uma loja. O restaurante não era Hard Rock, mas um restaurante normal de hotel. Piscina muito pequena numa área simpática mas igualmente pequena. Fiquei desiludida, porque esperava uma experiência diferente. Pelo preço pago existem outros bons hotéis em Madrid, talvez até melhores em geral.
The room was really well laid out and clean with all the amenities you need. Bed was big.

Prices of drinks around the pool were a bit pricey. 14 euros for a tin of Sangria
