Horrible
Pros:

People were nice

Cons:

You can hear the lobby from all the rooms, we changed room three times because the first one was not the one we booked, the second one, the window didn’t close. All rooms were noisy as they all look up in the hotel lobby. Also the sink and the bathroom are apart, the sink is in the room, like if you were staying in a caravan.

Hotel made for a comfortable and pleasant stay, would return!
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location, we were really impressed with the design of the hotel and its facilities. Staff were friendly at check in & check out, and really appreciated the offer of an upgrade.

Pros:

Hotel muito agradável, com funcionários atenciosos e prestativos. Quarto espaçoso, roupas de cama e toalhas de qualidade. Cafeteira no quarto para preparo de chá e café cortesia.

Highly recommended stay!

Einige der Mitarbeiter in der RT60 waren sehr freundlich

Cons:

Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Verada gebucht, habe aber ein Zimmer in der ersten Etage erhalten in dem zwar ein Fenster war aber das Fenster nur zum überdachten Innenbereich der Lobby zu öffnen war- direkt über einem Klavier ( das auch genutzt wurde) . Das Zimmer sollte zwar einen Blick in den Innenhof haben aber es war so dass der "Innenhof" eben überdacht und quasi direkt über der Lobby war. Frischluft konnte man daher nicht erhalten. Auf Nachfrage warum das Zimmer ohne Veranda war, hat man mir erklärt, dass die Zimmerbeschreibung "mit Terasse/Veranda / Patio" bedeutet, dass man nur einen Blick auf eine Veranda hat- was auch nicht der Fall war. Zusätzlich hat man mir erklärt, dass ich mich mit Booking.com dazu auseinandersetzen muss und ich einen fehler gemacht habe . Wenn man das Fenster geöffnet hat konnte man die Menschen in der Hotelobby sehen und hören. Mir wurde ein andere Zimmer auch ohne Terasse/veranda angeboten. Ich habe das abgelehnt , da das Zimmer minimal größer war. Ich habe keine Teil-Erstattung erhalten. Bei Abreise wurde zusätzlich versucht mir das Frühstück für alle Tage zu berechnen, obwohl es im Zimmerpreis enthalten war. ich musste auch hier mit dem Personal diskutieren und mehrfach darum bitten die Kosten zu streichen, bis das Frühstück nicht mehr berechnet wurde.
