Instalaciones modernas y buena ubicación
Pros:

Hotel moderno y ubicado al lado de la estación de Atocha, bien comunicado con el transporte público. La cama muy cómoda. El desayuno no está mal.

Cons:

La habitación algo ruidosa ya que se escucha el hall.

Stay was ok, stayed in better Hard Rocks around the world
Pros:

Rooms up to date
Staff were helpful
Fresh water provided daily

Cons:

Rooftop bar and pool closed (pool we expected given time of year but bar was a shock as not advised ahead of time)
Rooms are dark (lighting needs to be massively improved)
We were quite high up and could hear the lobby noise - perhaps soundproof the room windows.
Room service breakfast was terrible, eggs stone cold and under cooked

Habitaciónes bonitas pero seguridad muy mejorable.
Pros:

El principal atractivo de este hotel es la cercanía con la estación de trenes de Atocha, por otro lado el buffet del desayuno fue variado, de calidad y muy abundante.

Cons:

Una de las cosas que no me ha gustado nada es el sistema de gestión de fianza, ya que hemos abandonado el hotel a las 07:30 y ahora dos horas y media después todavía no nos han devuelto el importe de la fianza (100€). Por otro lado y por mi condición bastante negativo es la ducha de la habitación al no tener elemento antideslizantes en el suelo, bastante peligroso al menos para los que padecemos alguna condición médica. Por otro lado el tener el lavabo de manos en medio de la habitación personalmente no nos gusta.
