Très pratique !
Pros:

Hotel simple mais très propre avec des chambres bien équipées. De l'eau à notre arrivée, douche avec eau chaude, petit bureau et climatisation.
Le personnel est très agréable et a pu répondre à nos demandes.
Emplacement a environ 10 min taxi du port.

Cons:

Peu de restaurants aux alentours proche à pied
Les climatisations sont bruyantes.

It was good and at the same time it was a disaster.
Pros:

The room is very good price and it’s good when you are in the budget. Staff are great!

Cons:

What I didn’t like during my stay was I requested for a kettle but I wasn’t provided one so we couldn’t even have a coffee nor have a pot noddles 😬 also, there was a power cut on the second day as typhoon hit and Weve asked if we can have à candles at least but the staff said no, we literally couldn’t see each other and where to go in our room. 😭

I guess it was fun experience trapped in Cebu.

This place doesn't even come close to being a hotel.

There are drain flies everywhere in the room. The bedroom, toilet, and towels are dirty.
The floor has hollow spots, and the door has visible cracks.
Loud noises come from both inside and outside the building.

The area is not safe especially after 8:00 PM and there were neighbors beside the hotel try to harass the guests.
