J’ai expliqué ma situation aux personnels que j’arrivais d’un long voyage de la Mongolie, et que j’étais contente de pouvoir bien dormir dans une chambre et comme l’a climatisé était perchée en haut et non accessible en plus que je suis handicapée j’ai demandé de l’aide puis finalement il a réglé cette machine et je n’ai pas dormi de la nuit car il a mis une ventilation et c’était très chaud. Le matin je ne pouvais pas dormir non plus, car j’étais collé sur le boulevard il y a eu la fanfare qui m’a réveillée.

The staffs were responsive.

Cons:

We booked a room for 4 nights but unfortunately something happened that prompted us to resched our remaining nights, unfortunately we were not allowed to resched or get a refund from the nights ahead that we paid for (we only stayed for 1 night). Our friends also booked a room from them but also did not get a reschedule or even a refund even though they were not able to consume any of the nights they paid for. Overall we were very disappointed.

Pros:

The aircondition was good, very ❄️🥶 cold. I don't like it but I love it.

Cons:

The terms and condition which have more concerned about damages. The hotel staff asked me to deposit the money if ever damages been found on the room, which is terrible for me, the furniture inside very cheap.

Pros:

I liked how clean the place was. The emergency exits were accessible as well including the fire extinguishers. They have clean sheets and towels. Complete toiletries too.

Cons:

I think the room layout could be improved.
