I have stayed here a few other times and things were great, I was very disappointed this time.
Pros:

The location to the University of Redlands. The size of our room was good. The outside noise wasn't too bad. The air conditioner worked well.

Cons:

No one seemed to ever clean the tables in the breakfast area. We were there as it was opening for breakfast and there was trash on the floor and the tables were dirty. Also, the water was lukewarm. I never turned the cold water on when I took a shower. The bathrooms in the lobby area were dirty.
