Pros:

A vey clean and hospitable hotel to stay in Petaluma. It’s close to shops, restaurants, cafes and venues.
The hotel staff was courteous and pleasing to the customers needs. The only issue, is that at check in time, it can get quite busy, so there should be 2 staff members at the counter to check in customers a bit faster.
The rooms were clean, plenty of towels, sheets were clean and the room had no odors.
There is also a great space in the lobby to relax and have a Starbucks coffee!

This Marriott is a comfortable, clean, no frills hotel, with friendly, efficient staff.
Pros:

It was very clean and seemed really new. Staff, especially the bartender, David, made us feel welcome and were very helpful.

For the price, this was a more expensive location to stay, given the amenities.
Pros:

Did not buy the breakfast.

Cons:

Certain amenities were missing:
-no drinking cups for bathroom
-no lotion in bathroom, which is usually a standard toiletry in most hotels
-coffee pods not replenished the first morning; had to ask for more
