Getting old, yet confortable with very nice staff.
Pros:

Le personnel très sympathique qui m’a changé de chambre car la première située du côté de l’autoroute était trop bruyante. La douche simple à utiliser avec pression et températures idéales. Pas utilisée mais il y a une piscine au 2e étage.
Et surtout un matelas king-size absolument divin! Il était parfait leur matelas.

Cons:

Les chambres sont un peu vieillissantes, on sent que c’est un grand hôtel qui a déjà vécu son temps. Les ascenseurs sont peu nombreux et c’est un peu long d’attendre à certains moments. Enfin l’insonorisation est faite à son maximum mais cela n’empêche pas d’entendre l’autoroute si votre chambre est située en face d’ elle.

Un des meilleurs hôtels que j’ai faits.
Pros:

Une chambre cosy, moderne, spacieuse et très propre. Une grande douche : parfaite avec un seul robinet, une pression idéale, 2 portes coulissantes très pratiques. Un personnel de ménage au top. Un petit déjeuner varié au restaurant du 2e étage. Et surtout le sourire et l’amabilité du personnel de tout l’hôtel : Un grand merci en particulier à Mary-Ann et Joy à la réception !

Walkable to lots of sights!
Pros:

Super fun location and we were able to get our steps in and walk everywhere. Staff was nice, room was clean and comfortable, view from rooftop was fun!

Cons:

We were on a whirlwind trip and stayed in 5 hotels over an 8 day period - this one was the most expensive, no breakfast included. Parking was SO expensive

Le petit déjeuner : le buffet anglo-saxon n'était pas du tout appétissant et celui du continental d'une pauvreté absolue avec des produits juste pas bon.
Breakfast: the Anglo-Saxon buffet was not at all appetising and the continental buffet was absolutely poor, with products that were just not good.

Stayed twice but won’t return.
Pros:

Great location. Easy to get to West campus or downtown.

Cons:

Front Desk Staff was rude. Not many amenities in the room. I was overcharged but eventually my bill was corrected. Valet had to be called 3x before I got my car from the very overpriced nightly rate.
