Great location, great lighting, helpful staff but not sound proof
Pros:

Property was clean and great location

The male staff at the night shift was very helpful and i had a small talk with him every night. The female staff was okay even she didnt speak english, she helped me to make a call with my grab drivers

Cons:

the cleaning staff were busy so my room didn’t get cleaned on the first night i was stay.
The toom is not sound proof so it was very noisy in the morning or when people still have activities

Celine at reception wasn't quick to resolve this issue.
Pros:

Location, close to My Khe beach, street it was located on also had one of the best banh mi and massage places.

Cons:

There was a complaint made by another couple staying on the same floor as my family and I. Staff was quick to reason with them and not listen to both parties. If there are multiple cigarette ash trays on the floor we are staying in, people are bound to misunderstand and think you can smoke in said area where the ash tray is. My family weren't the only ones smoking on this floor however the complaint was aimed directly at us. Moving forward, we complied with staff and smoked outside the common area and also asked to remove the ash trays on our floor to avoid others getting the same complaint however, ash trays werent removed and people were still smoking on our floor and no complaints made against them. Tell me how that works.

Also, pool isn't deep. That was a let down. Pool is 1.30cm deep and not that clean. Was about to swim and came across a lot of toilet tissue and cigarette butts floating in pool. Yuck.
