Pros:

The location is very convenient, clean, and has all the amenities we need (breakfast and the pool for the kiddos).

Cons:

The only thing I would say is our reservation was for 4 people (2 adults and 2 children), but I had to consistently ask for an additional towel as our room was only given 3. The staff was very attentive and helpful with this, but I did have to seek them out to get the extra towel so everyone had one to use.

Overall it was good but with the name hayatt i was expecting everything should have been perfect
Pros:

Hotel location, kitchen and appliances, cleanliness, staff and pool were the things we liked

Cons:

1.The sofa bed was not at all comfortable.
2.The bathroom did not have lock at all, and door was hanging without proper hinges.
3.No saving kit was given.

Pros:

very nice hotel, clean , attentive staff, not a 5 because had couple of issues( stained bed sheet and temp lose of power in room) but staff resolved them quickly

Second time staying here. Clean, close to everything we needed. Pet friendly!

Garbage cans outside were overflowing. Bigger cans or more of them . Emptied more often .

Pros:

It’s not a five star hotel per se but it gets five stars for its hotel type/class. Good choice for Lewes. Easy to find. Easy/close to get to all the good stuff in Lewes (check out for lunch Station on Kings and Agave for dinner, late night HH). Clean. Large rooms. Comfy beds. Nice kitchenette. Big TV. Breakfast. It’s a million steps above what you’d might expect for a beach hotel (grungy) at this price point and one that allows pets. .

It was a pleasant stay and we will be back.
Pros:

It was a very clean and well maintained hotel. Very polite and helpful staff.

Cons:

The smell of the room. You can tell pets are allowed.

Pros:

We stayed with our family and had a wonderful time! Great breakfast, kids loved the pool, rooms were a nice size, everything was clean, plenty of parking, and all the staff was so accommodating. We will definitely be back!

Great location and wonderful experience ..
Pros:

Hyatt House at Lewes/ Rehoboth beach The rooms was very roomy . All equipments work ( microwave and fridge). Location is walkable to few restaurants if you don’t want to eat on location. The pool is a good size pool great for kids to play n swim in. Staff s are very courteous and friendly. The front desk if always available!! I def would come back again n recommend this hotel. Thank you!
