It was an awesome stay.
Pros:

Very clean and everybody was very pleasant and they even upgraded us. We did not even ask to up grade but it was very nice.

Heavy doors
Pros:

Breakfast was good.

Cons:

We had a handicapped accessible room. The door to enter & the door to bathroom were so heavy, you couldn't open with one arm. I'm on a scooter & can't walk. Not very accommodating at all.

Will definitely be back.
Pros:

I’ve stayed in this hotel several times and find it very comfortable. Love the kitchenettes and the suite layout with living area and bed separated. Breakfasts are good with lots of variety and coffee is good. Staff is helpful and friendly and you always see maintenance people working hard to keep things looking great.

Cons:

Sometimes it takes long for water to run hot and the water pressure in the kitchen is very low.

excellent hotel,close to everything, with great amenities and staff.
Pros:

the front desk staff was very hospitable and kind. they were welcoming when we arrived. it was my daughter's birthday and they made her feel like a princess giving her free ice cream. The pool was fantastic for the kids. The rooms were very spacious and clean. We definitely will visit again!

Didn't stay because of the Hyatt staff saying no rooms!

The fact I went to check in and got told I would not be able to and that they had no rooms available and then STILL got charged for the night !!

Overall, our time there was pleasant but some rough edges needed smoothing.
Pros:

It was the quietest property we’ve ever stayed in. Hallway noise, outside noise, adjacent room noise was non-existent. In well over forty years of travel, we’ve stayed in countless hotels, both while vacationing or working and speak from solid experience. The quiet made our stay extremely relaxing. The location was very convenient to shopping, dining and activities. Parking was easy and convenient. The public areas were very inviting, comfortable and upbeat. The size of the indoor swimming pool was outstanding! Everything was exceptionally clean.

Cons:

In our room #107, the furnishings were a little worn. A large area of the living room credenza had a big piece knocked-off. The sofa was very uncomfortable because the seat cushions leaned back. Somewhat difficult to explain but made it challenging to get up, once seated. The underside of one cushion was tattered and torn. The under sink kitchen cabinet didn’t close completely. The refrigerator was dreadfully small and situated ridiculously low. There was only one seat at the kitchen island. This room was to accommodate at least 4, yet dishes for 4 were incomplete, as was the flatware. Pieces were missing from both. There was only one tea towel but no dishcloth to wipe countertops and do dishes. Bathroom linens were also insufficient. Only 3 bath towels, 3 facecloths and 3 hand towels. The shower head was extremely high, yet the water pressure wasn’t strong enough to rinse hair well. Sadly, there was no handheld, which was sorely missing and would have been a great help. There was no shower cap provided. There was no bathtub. As a woman, I find all the above to be extremely important. The bathroom tissue holder was loose on the wall.
Categorized as a king “suite”, surroundings were very tight. Breakfast offerings were disappointing. No yogurt, muffins, etc..
