Pros:

This was my fourth stay at Hyatt House Lewes, and it continues to exceed my expectations every time. The front desk staff is always professional, courteous, and incredibly accommodating. From check-in to check-out, they go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and valued.

The hotel is clean, comfortable, and consistently provides an excellent experience. It’s clear that customer service is a top priority here, and that keeps me coming back. I always enjoy my stays and look forward to returning again. I can’t wait for my next visit!

Highly recommended to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay in the Lewes area.

Better than expected. Highly recommend. Service was excellent.
Pros:

We stayed in Lewes as a halfway point to VA Beach. We chose it based on online reviews. It exceeded all expectations. It was very clean and welcoming. Staff was so friendly. Breakfast and gym were exactly what we hoped for...better than most hotels. The outside firepit and pool are a nice bonus. We didn't use the pool, but we loved the fire pit. Our room was clean and larger than expected; it had a nice lounge area in addition to two double beds. We highly recommend this hotel.

Cons:

There were limited food options in the hotel; however, staff was accommodating to our requests (our sons were in a wrestling tournament and needed plain salad and grilled chicken, which they made for us). That being said, there are plenty of food options within a short drive, so this is not a big deal at all if you have time to explore the area.

It was pleasant, the staff overall was great.
Pros:

Nice and clean. Lots of space.

Cons:

It looks worn. Needs updating.
Sofa was terrible. Not comfortable at all. Ice machine broken, places here and there that needed to be fixed.

Best spot in the area - splurge (its worth it)
Pros:

Clean. Staff are attentive and proactive in asking about your stay. I had extra blankets delivered to the room using the Hyatt app. The pool is larger than most hotel pools, but loud when full of sports kids. The breakfast did not disappoint. The trays were always full, even with a fully booked hotel. My only complaint would be the water pressure, but sometimes there is nothing you can do about that.

It was an awesome stay.
Pros:

Very clean and everybody was very pleasant and they even upgraded us. We did not even ask to up grade but it was very nice.

Heavy doors
Pros:

Breakfast was good.

Cons:

We had a handicapped accessible room. The door to enter & the door to bathroom were so heavy, you couldn't open with one arm. I'm on a scooter & can't walk. Not very accommodating at all.
