Breakfast was horrible but location was great

Cons:

Had to stay the night in an uncomfortable bed couldn’t sleep and a second staff member offered $40 food/bar voucher , although was nice didn’t quite maakeup for all of the inconveniences and lack of sleep

The location is very convenient, clean, and has all the amenities we need (breakfast and the pool for the kiddos).

Cons:

The only thing I would say is our reservation was for 4 people (2 adults and 2 children), but I had to consistently ask for an additional towel as our room was only given 3. The staff was very attentive and helpful with this, but I did have to seek them out to get the extra towel so everyone had one to use.

Overall it was good but with the name hayatt i was expecting everything should have been perfect
Pros:

Hotel location, kitchen and appliances, cleanliness, staff and pool were the things we liked

Cons:

1.The sofa bed was not at all comfortable.
2.The bathroom did not have lock at all, and door was hanging without proper hinges.
3.No saving kit was given.

Couples getaway
Pros:

very nice hotel, clean , attentive staff, not a 5 because had couple of issues( stained bed sheet and temp lose of power in room) but staff resolved them quickly
