Pros:

Room was clean and the beds were very comfortable.

Cons:

Our room was not cleaned/restocked with towels but we were given towels by the front desk when asked.

Overall the stay was great. Clean hotel, friendly staff and very convenient location. I would definitely stay here again
Pros:

The location of the property is great. Plus it’s surrounded by tons of restaurants. Hotel was also very clean.

Cons:

The free breakfast was ok. Can’t really complain with free just not a lot of hot options. Hotel also does not have a pool.

Pros:

A pretty basic hotel, but the price was right. I really wanted to find a hotel where I could stop on a road trip and charge my car overnight, and it fit the bill. No serious complaints.

Cons:

The decor was pretty chintzy, and the breakfast was a little sad (though, hey, it was included in the price, so I can't complain too much).

We enjoyed our short visit to this new prospective hotel/motel we will look for again.
Pros:

The Avid Hotel facilities were recently built. They are attractive and clean looking. It was a pleasure to have stayed there, and the cost to my family and I was certainly reasonable. What more could an average traveler want from a short visit away from home?

Cons:

The weather. I’m joking. No hotel or motel has any control over a rainy day. Our visit to this Avid hotel was near perfect.
